Ordered through the app and the food wasn’t ready when I got to the window. So after waiting 20 minuets in line they asked me to pull forward and wait some more. I pulled forward and waited a few more minutes but I had to get back to work. So I left without my food. They charged my card and I still haven’t received a refund.
When I called customer service the man who answered the phone told me I was a lier. That the app doesn’t say to find a worker (when it does) he said it says to stop at a window (which it doesn’t)
On the app it says to find a employee. So I did and apparently that wasn’t what I was supposed to do.
I have ordered food (on the app) from places like Subway, Olive Garden, and Chili’s and I have never had any type of trouble like this. My food is always prepared and ready when I arrive. I guess chic fil a doesn’t hold its self to the same standards.

Read moreI really hate to do this, but there has been one too many incidents to not make others aware. The management team is clearly not about Chick-fil-A’s standards in customer service. The executive manager, Valerie Reyes, was extremely rude when it came to customer satisfaction, as she does not choose her words with respect or in consideration of the customers feelings. She blatantly hung up on me when I called to check in on my online order and then made sure to tell me it was my fault and not theirs. My husband, then had to go to the store the following day to see what the status was on my order/refund. The store owner did not seem surprised by her actions, but also did not seem to be bothered by it either.

Read moreWhat a awful experience. We went in tonight and it went from good expectations to horrible experience. They only had 1 cashier at the counter but there were least 7 employees behind the counter. In the time we were there, 3 orders we screwed up, including ours. The trash cans were overflowing, to the point I had to crush everything down just to get our tray emptied.
I look up and couple of the employees behind the counter, were actually playing "patty cake" behind the counter. To make matters worse, I am assuming it was the MOD (she had glasses on and wasn't dressed like any of the other employees), was taking her break with another employee and was less than 10 ft away, and wasn't really interested in what was going on, her phone was more important.
