I wish I could give them 0.Literally the worst whata I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve gone they’ve been out of stuff and lock the door so you can’t come in and order even though it’s supposed to be open 24hours. Tonight I went with a couple friends and placed an order on the mobile app (since they previously locked us out and said only mobile orders could come inside) and after sitting there for 15 minutes an employee comes to us And says that since our orders were burritos we had to go to a different location since they were out of tortillas. We confronted the manager (she said her name was Ali and was in a grey shirt and black pants) and she said we can show the other whata our receipt and they should be able to make it for us. We asked why SHE herself couldn’t call them and explain and she just said to go there and show them. THE NEXT LOCATION WAS OVER 10 MINUTES AWAY. We get there and the manager there said we had to re order and just ask for a refund from the app and when we opened the app it said our order was fulfilled by the other store. I called this location and asked for the manager and the manager that picked up the phone was a man and when I told him about the manager that sent us to a different location he was confused so now I believe that she told us a fake name anyways the people at this whata were not helpful, had horrific customer service and were extremely unprofessional. Read moreUPDATED: Sunday after leaving a concert my granddaughter and I went to get something to eat. It was after 11pm so of course there was a line. Unlike the last review I was greeted and I placed our order. When it was my turn at the window to pay I was greeted with a smile which was nice. The young lady asked me to move to the next lane for the food. It didn't take long at all. The food was fresh and hot. This time I'm giving a 5 star. Keep up the good work.
Last review: I could give zero stars I would. No one ever came on the speaker to acknowledge us. Instead she listened to our conversation and then said "what". Still without the usual Whataburger greeting. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I asked if they had french vanilla creamer. She said let me check, she came back and said yes so I ordered coffee. She never told us our order amount or ask me to pull forward. After a long wait we finally got the food and paid for it. The person in the drive thru didnt even place a napkin in the bag, nor did she place the condiments we ask for. And when I got my coffee no French vanilla, I hot half and half. This location is closest to my home. And I usually go to the Quaker location, but we were heading out of town soni thought I would give it a try. Oh!, there was a young guy cleaning the drive thru area that wouldn't get out of our way. The more I tried to get around him he would move where I moved. Read moreThis was my first time ever eating Whataburger and it was an extremely poor experience. Arrived to this location on 9/14 at 7:30 pm and was second in line to order. The cashier was very pleasant and took my order.
At this time another customer comes in....apparently her credit card dropped inside the store while making a transaction through the drive thru and the employees could not find it. The drama continued when the husband came in and asked to speak to the manager. One of the employees (girl with blond box braids was also very rude to the customer that asked to speak to the manager).
Between me ordering and the chaos between the unsatisfied customer, it took 30 minutes for me to get my food. My order was a simple chicken strip kids meal and a jr whataburger. The employees to include the managers were very slow and disorganized and didn't seem to value customers or have control of the situation at hand.
There was also a gentleman sitting in the restaurant who seemed to be over everyone else (He had on a long sleeve, striped shirt with the whataburger logo on it). He had on his headphones, laptop opened but never once payed attention to anything going on in the store. He is definitely not a leader. One of the managers (a female) did express how sorry she was for the delay.
