I specifically asked about if you have vanilla bean ice cream. gentleman said no, I said its on your website. He said SO. we have no control over the website! I asked if you had vanilla chocolate chip? no we don't we are independently operated from the website. Is this the customer services you are offering. store number 21256 I asked him if he had Rocky Road. his reply was we can make it. After being ignored when I answered her question the first time..I ask asked for mint and chocolate ice cream mixed together. She said “yep!” And proceeded to make what’s on your menu. Which is not at all what I asked for. Never even pointed to a topping. Never asked for chocolate chips.

She just made it and walked away.

I knew this experience would be disappointing… kids these days have no pride in their work and they don’t listen.

What’s the point in trying to correct someone a third time? There isn’t one. Just had to let management know it’s not a great vibe in your store on Sunday nights. They do not care...

This is the best ice cream! I give one star because they rarely have waffle cones/cups available. And they NEVER have "dipped" chocolate waffle cones/cups. When I asked the young kid when they will have them he said, "when we feel like it". 😳😡 I got my ice-cream and walked out. I guess if we all go over to Braums, and they close their doors they would've thought more about the customers needs with those waffle cups/cones issues.
