Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lubbock

I go to the Dutch Bros on university avenue. I went there yesterday to get a drink and the workers Alize dowd and the other coworker was extremely extremely rude/ stuck up and not friendly at all. The workers charged be twice for a drink. Then the workers didn’t give my card back so we drove up again and they had this look on them that they didn’t want to give my card. The music was completely inappropriate! They were playing very vulgar/ cussing music! The music was so loud that I employee had to ask me to repeat my self about 5 times! It’s very unprofessional to have music blasting. Those workers that was working wouldn’t make it the professional world because of how they act and how the treat customers and how ungrateful they are. Here’s an example if they worked in a hospital setting and they did what they did yesterday they would immediately fire them. Dutch Bros is usually a really good place to get energy drinks. And we usually get great service here, however today we went and the person taking our order outside wasn't the friendliest which is fine. It's hot, and she probably had been working all day. However my problem is, she didn't ask to be tipped. She took our order, we paid and she moved on without asking for a tip.
