WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! So, when the carhop (whose name according to my receipt, is Anastasia) finally brings my order to my car, I ask her If I could please have an extra empty bag, and she may as well have just said to me, "you know what, that's really to much of a hassle for me to have to do, but I GUESS I'll go get one for you even though I don't want to". Because with the little attitude that she threw, those words were written all over her face! So, she takes off to grab that empty bag for me, and waiting LITERALLY, a couple of min for her to bring the bag, I just decided to get out of my car to go inside to ask for a bag myself, and as I'm walking to go inside, me and the carhop that is supposed to be bringing me that 1 extra little item that I asked for, pass right beside each other as she's delivering other orders to other cars instead of running inside to grab that bag for me real quick. So when I see her, I tell her something along the lines of that I'll go inside and ask for the bag myself since she obviously wasn't going to get it for me. She looks at me , shrugs her shoulders, and just fresh quickly says "SORRY". She obviously never really had any intention of bringing me what I asked for. So then, I go inside and ask the guy that was wearing the mask, that was standing on the other side of the soda fountain if I just get an extra empty bag real quick and he just looks at me, doesn't say a word to me, and just grabs a bag and hands it to me. So again, I voice my opinion and say out loud, " you know what, y'all are all so good rude here"... And instead of apologizing he just replied, "uh ok". And hey you know what? I know access realize that everyone has a bad day every now and then AND I also know and realize that It's early, I get that, BUT that is NO WAY to treat the customers that are basically paying your bills by eating at your establishment. Read moreWent here to pick up an order. Pushed the button and told the girl I needed an order for so and so and I needed it in a drink carrier. She said sure I'll be right out. She comes out with a drink carrier...empty. I told her I needed the order in it. She argued with me as to what I asked for and went back in. They were not busy and over 5 minutes passed. I had to call in and talk to the manager. He said she must have misunderstood. I told him I told her to her face the second time and she was very rude. The manager was very ignorant too. Then another girl brought the 2 drinks out but no carrier like the customer requested. I told her they needed a carrier. She sighed and walked away. She came back out with the carrier and almost threw it at me and said here! Such rude and unprofessional crew there tonight. Read moreUpdate: Went back today...they still cannot read.... plain and dry means plain and dry. With food allergies...wth...and they JUST DONT SEEM TO CARE.....wont go back again...done with Sonic completely. I have completely stopped going to this Sonic. Not once in the last few months have they gotten an order right. The last THREE times that I ordered Dr. Pepper, I got Root beer. Big difference. But it's not just that. They rarely get the order right, and when they get called on it, it's like it's no big deal. IT IS a big deal if you are paying for something. I am always told, they're just human, they make mistakes...I agree...but to the point that it is 98% of the time? AND, it's an app order, so it comes out printed. No room for "miss hearing it". That isn't just making mistakes, that is just not paying attention. Attention to detail is what will get you further...
