Literally, the service is the only reason why! Iâve came yesterday and today and both were kind of sucky experiences.
Yesterday my drink got so passed around. They got the orders, confused after handing it out to other cars and then bringing it back to me claiming that this was actually my drink.( being 9 month pregnant, I wasnât very comfortable with it, but was afraid to say anything cause I donât want people making my drink properly or spitting in it with the day and age we live in lol) then came today on Motherâs Day. I had ordered a drink and asked for my cozy. The girl told me I needed to get two drinks and so I asked if I could add one. I was already getting my first one. She told me to pull around and walk up to order the other one. so I went ahead and did so. Waited there for a good amount of time. This is before 8am! Finally, someone came out. I told her that I needed to order another drink for the cozy. She took my order and told me the total I told her I still needed to pay for the other drink. The girl handed me. (Being honest and polite) I feel like the girls made it seem like it was an inconvenience once I told her the other drink wasnât paid for yet so she had to say she had to go get the other tablet heard the other girl talking about basically the inconvenience. Lol finally, when they brought out my second drink, I still had to remind them of the cozy.
Really sad because I usually go to Starbucks, but had a friend tell me to come here. Probably wonât be coming back. The coffee is absolutely amazing! There was a nice guy who told me somebody would be with me momentarily and was very kind. The person who took my order was also very nice as well. But the overall experience it in just two days times was ridiculous especially when youâre spending anywhere from $12-$16 on coffee. Donât wanna disregard the whole staff there was plenty of nice people there but for both times that Iâve came for being a newbie. I was super disappointed and definitely makes me not want to come back or refer especially...
   Read moreThe people are amazing, very friendly, very professional, always get my order in a timely matter and know my order before I get to the walk up window and many times already have it made. I went to another locations drive up once and they made me back up and let the cars behind me go first that made no sense to me and made me feel like a 2nd class citizen and will never go to that other location ever again. These people are super friendly compared to every other location in the city. We have come to become great friends with these people. I never go to any other location they are my favorite people in comparison. I've gone to locations in many other states and have come in contact with many rude broistas, none as friendly and happy to see us or any customer as the associates at 6312 82nd st. Thank you very...
   Read moreI love dutch bros. But if you close at 11pm and your employees don't want to work after 10pm, maybe adjust the hours. I came a little past 10pm, employees pretended not to see me, went to the back. I waited in the drive thru and no one came out, even though the window was open. I know they saw me, it would of been nice if they just acknowledged i was there waiting. Maybe say you're wanting to leave early or you're closed. As soon as I drive off and get on the main road they were back in the front. Like they waited till I left.
