My Wife and I visited Lufkin to attend our Granddaughters wedding whilst there my wife decided to have her engagement ring remodelled and a repair to an ear ring post that had detached from its bed. Miss Amanda seen to our requirements and advised us what was available and could be used in the remodelling , due to time constraints we had a very short window to have the work completed. Miss Amanda spoke with the Jeweler Mr Simon and he advised us the jewelry would be ready the following day. Revisited the following day, and my Wife was over the moon the ring was outstanding and the ear rings back repaired . I had a terrible experience at Tommy’s Watch and Jewelry and was kind of hesitant to come here after that. I needed a ring appraised and when I walked in Lufkin Jewelry on the Square, I was greeted so kindly and the place was very welcoming. Will took my ring in the back and throughly inspected it. He came out and explained every detail to me and gave an estimated price on it ($200-300). This was exactly what I needed and wanted. Please if you have ANY jewelry needs come here FIRST!!!
