Big Rich Fitness — Local services in Lumberton Township

I've been a member of Big Rich since day 1 - before Big Rich the gym was a RetroFitness franchise which I attended for years - so I was able to experience the changes in real time, and it seems, daily, that this fitness club is morphing and ALL for the positive.

I am mainly cardio and Big Rich added a StairMaster which is golden for my workout and which is a welcome improvement to the old RF gym. Another improvement is cleanliness - immediately when Rich took over the men's bathroom, specifically the showers, were spic-and-span, and not just for the initial change-over but spotless - to this day! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the trainers and group fitness classes, carried over from RF days are busy with new members (I don't participate as I've my own gym program but it is nice to see active groupings being led by competent instructors!) As mentioned improvements are occurring regularly, I notice new machines and some simple re-location of others, simple but having a significant impact. This is now my gym of choice - btw I have the "Silver Sneakers" insurance which Big Rich accepts and have access to many gyms via this insurance but today, Big Rich is my go-to destination and I sincerely wish them all the best for success and growth of which I will be happy to witness and...

Big Rich!!!!!! Had a 3-day pass which is awesome for a first time customer and tried out one of their classes. Zumba with NYESHA is great. She is fun, energetic and will push "your limit"....now, I stated "your limit" cause I didn't have much for ya girl but Nyesha made the first experience great. My girls and I had so much fun.

Big Rich also has a great customer service representative at the front desk BRITTANY. Brittany makes a bangin' smoothie and a joy to be around. I met TAFFIE (another instructor/personal trainer) in passing and she also had a. Can't wait to work with her as well. The gym was clean and had nice workout equipment so whatever I had a goal for "legs, arms, glutes... whatever" there was something there for me. BIG RICH is a place you should visit and get fit at! Forget what "season is around the corner" do this for you and...

I have been going to Big Rich Fitness since they opened and I will keep coming back. The owners are amazing and very friendly. The staff is interactive, they have personal trainers to help you reach whatever fitness goals you are trying to reach. And arguably my favorite part…the protein shakes. I love treating myself after a nice pump with their delicious shakes (get it with their peanut butter, trust me, you’ll thank me later). All this to say, Big Rich Fitness is the place to get started or to further your fitness goals. You will feel welcomed, be supported by both staff and other members, and not feel judged like you may at other gyms.
