I don’t even know where to start. I ordered oxtail and jerked Chicken. The oxtail came with two complete bare tail bones no meat. The other ones had barely any meat on them. Which is sad because this was the best tasting part of the entire meal. Cabbage had no flavor 0 spices bland. Looked really good though if that counts? I never knew rice came without a flavor before, but it does here! Oof the jerked chicken driest piece of chicken I’ve even had, roughest piece of chicken I’ve ever had. You can’t cut it with a knife had to pry bad boy this apart with my hands. And guess what all this chicken tasted like was smoke. AGAIN WITH THE ZERO SPICES??? If I wanted bland chicken that attest like smoke I’d eat with my auntie Ellen who only puts salt on and burns the chicken. PLEASE don’t claim Jamaican food if you can’t provide authenticity. This restaurant just opened and needless to say there's room for improvement. Timing was a little off - they said order ready in 15 mins and it was closer to 50 mins. No problem, I'm patient.

Curry chicken was very tender but as far as curry goes, it lacked flavor. Tasted like wet chicken and very under seasoned. Rice was terribly dry, as if it sat in a rice cooker for a while and overcooked.

The Mac and cheese tasted like it was made 3 days ago and just reheated to order. Not fresh. Steamed cabbage was good just needed more seasoning. Jerk wings were also tender but spice blend needs to be adjusted it was very light.

I'm sure with time and some adjustments this establishment...

Ordered the red snapper with rice and peas and plantains. Everything was good, especially the fried red snapper….very flavorful. The plantains were just how I like them…very good!! The rice was ok, very dry for what I am used to and could have used a sprinkle of gravy. My son had the oxtail, rice and peas and mac and cheese. He said the oxtail were good, but for a large platter, the quantity was little. He didn’t care for the mac and cheese and he also thought the same about the rice.
