Burger King — Restaurant in Lumberton Township

I'm impressed with the staff. Friendly with an eye for detail. They all appear to have a great work ethic. I can't say that for a lot of fast food joints around here. Oh and the food is tasty and well made. My burgers have always been put together with care. I've been to other places where you can count on your burgers to just be thrown together as if the person making it was in a wind tunnel. Hey you guys and gals, keep up the good work ! 👍 . . REVISED!!!! . . I'm revising my 2 year old review. I originally gave 5 stars. I now give this Burger King a 0 star review. What happened?????? Now it actually does seem that my food orders have been tossed in a bag, with no bother to check if the order is intact or correct!!!!! Not one of my orders was correct in these last 2 years, burgers were wonky and it seemed as though a toddler put my meals together. No straws, no napkins. Fries and any other food addition seemed thrown into the bag. Asking for help with anything, once you get to the checkout, is met with stares of incomprehension. yet I keep coming back... I keep hoping someone has woken up from the Pandemic tailspin (?) and fixed a very broken chain of Burger King.

Definitely needs new management. I was there and ordered their .89 pancakes. Paid and was told to pull up to end of driveway and they'd be out in a couple of minutes. While waiting at the end of drive through another customer got his order and processed to beep his horn and yell at me to move. Really stupid setup. Manager told me I should have moved up into one of the parking spaces and waited. By the way she told me this on the phone when I called them on my way home to complain because I left without my pancakes. I was so discussed by their setup and the ignorant person beeping at me that I just left. First of all they should have let me know that the pancakes were made to order and it would take awhile and second they should have ask me to move up to the parking space to begin with not move to the end of the drive through. Idiots!!! Won't EVER go...

Every time I go to this location it’s like I’m bothering them by placing my order. I ordered two meals nothing complicated. The girl over the speaker asked me if there was anything else that I needed When I said yes she said “ugh! hold on I have a customer “ and then came back to take the rest of the order taking deep breaths over the speaker. It was kind of humorous I have never been in a situation where an employee shows the customer how annoyed they are by doing their job. I say if you can’t do customer service DO NOT work in customer service!!! This is not a problem with being a shortstaffed this is a problem with it being at work but not wanting to work. Unfortunately sometimes I do have to stop there regardless :/ the kids I take care of love...
