Bella Latte - Duncan — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went this morning to Bella Latte to get a smoothie & iced coffee for the 1st time. After ordering, I went to pay with a gift card. Unfortunately, their system did not accept the gift card I was paying with because of the expiration date being so far out (2022)..It declined the transaction. Well, being so close to payday, it was all I had and felt really embarrassed. However, much to my surprise - they gave me the drinks anyway. (Even though they weren't even made yet!) It is nice to know that a small business like Bella Latte will put their customers before the dollar. Not only will I be returning with a payment for double the amount of what it would have cost me, Bell Latte will be getting all my coffee & smoothie business from now on. Hopefully, you will...

Not usually one to come and leave a negative review- but guess there's always a first.

The customer service was so disappointing. I was hurried to order so wasn't able to try anything other than my coffee, which wasnt the best but blamed myself for picking what i did. Baked goods looked decent-cant really say anything as was cut off right after drink order and at that point didnt even wanna bother. I wanted to blame the atmosphere for their way of tending but there was only one other set of people there- so it wasn't even rush hour nor drive thru.

Atmosphere looks nice- maybe to come do some remote work if needing to find a place quiet, but not to hang out with friends...

Great place! I'm not necessarily an avid coffee drinker, so I can't speak to their selections. I had a simple black coffee with sugar (which was very good) and my friend had a latte of some sort. His drink had a great design made within- very artistic- and he thought it was delicious. The atmosphere is very inviting... quiet and quaint. We had a conversation for about 90 minutes and didn't feel rushed or interrupted at all. They weren't particularly busy, although it appeared as though most of their traffic was via the drive-thru.
