Bojangles — Restaurant in South Carolina

I just got home from bojangles, Istopped by to get a quick bite on the way home. I ordered the 3 piece meal ,I spacifily asked for 2 legs and a thigh, with macaroni and cheese and added a large sweet tea, the menu board said the meal was something like $6.59,as I said I added the tea, the young lady said my total was like $11.16, so I got to the window and the young lady said my total was$11.16 I questioned her asking ,if the meal is $6.59, how is my total $11.16? That would make the large tea cost a little over $3. So she closed the window and rang it up again, she came back to the window and said the girl was new and she rang it up wrong, but if I had not questioned it , she would have taken my money, because she asked for the $11.16. So I saw that it said that it came with 2 sides and I was trying to ask her if the price was supposed to be different since I only got 1 side, she told me to calm down, and I told her, I was calm and that I was just trying to ask her a question. So I paid like $8.46. She gave me my food and drink, didnt say nothing, just closed the window. So I get all the way home, fed my granddaughter and I just looked at my receipt, it's the receipt from the wrong order and I looked on the website, my 3 with 1side should have been $5.29 plus the large tea,$1.25, should have been $6.54, plus tax,$6.87, I paid like $8.46. So, currently I am in the drive thru. While ordering, I had the banging of dishes in my ear from the noise of closing in the headset. The clanking of still has my ears ringing it. Once I got up to the drive-through window to pay, the customer service representative was extremely nice and helpful. However, it is likely that the staff requires more training on how to be more professional. This location has a remarkable opportunity to take the opposing business restaurant out of business if only the powers-that-be would properly train their staff. I hope that my next visit will be a good one with more professional CSRs, so that I will continue my business here. as an update, I just bit into the biscuit with bacon and cheese, that I ordered. The biscuit is cold and hard and seemingly is old. For $2.36, a simple biscuits should be much better. Because I care about the calories that I put in my body, I will not be eating this that I just ordered it. Unfortunately, this seals the deal on not eating at this restaurant again. It is just not worth placing quality of food that is so poor into my body; and that is just too bad because I was really looking forward to...

Really bad customer service.. I usually order in this Bojangles cause I live close..most of the times is decent but today it was horrible.. I know they don’t have a lot of chicken and I always have to wait because they never have enough for my 20 pc family meal and today I wanted to avoid that so I order online and said it would take about 30 mins to get ready.. I ordered at 4:03 and said my food was going to be ready by 4:35 and when I get there they said they don’t have enough chicken to cover my meal.. and asked if I wanted to wait 30 more minutes for it.. I waiter an hr.. and then when I checked my food, I was missing my fries and I had asked for all chicken pieces no tenders and I got tenders so I told them I didn’t ordered tenders.. the guy that was helping said I could keep the tenders for all the time I was waiting then a black girl comes and takes out all the tenders and throws them away with a really bad attitude like if it was my fault they don’t pay attention to what people ordered.
