Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Lynchburg

Walked into the store this afternoon (8/11) and was told to wait a minute so that the lady working there could give a security guard a book instead of taking care of a paying customer. Once she was done with the security guard I asked to be fitted for a tuxedo. The lady behind the counter asked if I had ever been fitted here before. I said, " Yes, but not at this one and I was fitted for a tuxedo about a year ago." She looked it up and found it after typing in my phone number wrong. She then printed out a receipt from the wedding that was over a year ago. She did not even explain what the numbers were on the receipt, I had to ask multiple times for her to tell me. She did not offer to measure anything. She basically threw a coat at me to try on after I mentioned that those measurements are old. The coat she threw at me to try on did not fit because the measurements are over a year old. She then just said a bigger number. She was very rude and short with me. She was not helpful at all and this store is for sure the worst men's warehouse I have ever been too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANY ONE. I hope the book...

The young girl that works there is super sweet and helpful! But the woman (manager I am pretty sure) was extremely rude to us. She seemed very annoyed the whole time she was helping us and was very short with us. She also said they couldn’t refund our debit card and needed to wait 1 month for a check to come in, and after 2 months we went back to ask about it. The young man working called her on the phone to ask and we could hear her yelling saying “I told them to call a number, etc” very angrily. It was extremely rude, and we heard it all. We called the number and they said she could’ve just refunded our card. We will not be recommending this location to anybody, the young girl was very nice and professional tho! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! One nice person out of three. The lady sitting in the back was extremely rude. She kept trying to tell me I was wrong when my family had purchased a rental at another location for $100 cheaper. She basically proceeded to tell me from her chair in the back office that i didn't know what I was talking about. They told us the only option was the highest priced tux. Then, they refused to call the other store that needed the measurements in order to give us the correct rate and order. They did not seem to have knowledge on the help I needed nor did they really seem to care to help. The only experience that was good was the money going back into my account. DO NOT recommend.
