I have only been to the location when they were on Wards Road, so I will speak to that. The stuff is good quality and they have a good selection. However, I genuinely felt like Julia Roberts from Pretty Woman when she walks into that high-end store & they act super snobby to her. They were about three or four employees both times I went to this location and I got strong vibes from everyone of them that I was not good enough to be there. Visited this location to get a Pandora pendent for a birthday gift. As we walked in the greeting was very dry. I advised what we were looking for and the associate was not helpful and very dismissive on the options available. I wanted to get a few items so asked if they were running a special. Before I could even get my question out she answers with “NO”. Even my 10 year old asked “why was she not friendly”.
