I want to start this review by saying I genuinely love 7 Brew. The drinks are fantastic, and it’s usually one of my go-to coffee spots. However, this particular location has been nothing but disappointing, and after giving it multiple chances, I feel confident in leaving a 1-star review.
Every single time my husband or I have visited, we’ve either received the wrong drink, or the drinks have been poorly made — completely off in taste compared to the exact same orders we get at other 7 Brew locations. On top of that, the wait times are outrageous. My husband once waited 50 minutes in the drive-thru for a single coffee. Yes, 50 minutes. I have no idea why he even stayed, but that kind of wait time is absurd. If I wanted to wait that long, I’d go to a sit-down restaurant — and even then, I’d expect faster service.
This hasn’t just been a one-time issue either. These problems have happened consistently over several visits, spread out over weeks. We kept giving this location another shot, hoping things would improve, but they simply haven’t.
And unfortunately, the customer service is just as hit-or-miss. There’s about a 50/50 chance you’ll be greeted by someone friendly vs. someone who makes it painfully obvious they don’t want to be there. I completely understand having an off day, and I get that employees can joke around playfully about wanting to go home — that’s normal. But when staff openly say things like “I’m just here for the money” or complain about their shift while taking your order, it creates a really uncomfortable experience.
To make matters worse, our orders are wrong almost every time — and we’re not ordering anything complicated or customized. These are standard drinks straight off the menu, so it’s incredibly frustrating to be met with this level of inconsistency.
We’ve probably spent well over $50 here, and at this point, it feels like wasted money. It’s not just about one bad drink — it’s the repeated frustration, long waits, poor attitude, and overall lack of quality that’s made it not worth it anymore.
It also doesn’t seem like there’s any improvement happening from management, which is disappointing. I truly hope someone takes these concerns seriously, because this location has potential — it just isn’t meeting the 7 Brew standard at all right now.
If you’re considering this location, I highly recommend going to the Timberlake 7 Brew instead. The staff there is incredibly friendly, the service is quick and efficient, and they consistently get the drinks right. But today, I had a horrible first experience. First I would like to add that it wasn't completely their fault, rhe staff was very friendly. The two customers in front of me took a bit longer to order. Okay, I can deal. But the lady in front of me, not only took the longest to order, she then sent her drinks back. I sat in line for almost 25 min. Then I was asked to move so a women behind me can get her drink because she had somewhere to be. They never asked the lady who was holding up the line to move forward so the rest of us could keep moving. We all have somewhere to be. Then to top it off, I was asked if I ordered the pumpkin blonde latte, extra sweet. No, I ordered the regular cinnamon roll micha. So tell me how I ended up with it???    Read moreOur family enjoys 7 Brew, however, the wait times are getting a bit ridiculous. I came last week at 8:30am. There was no line and I ordered 5 very simple drinks. We waited 15 minutes, with no line, for our drinks with really no explanation other than “sorry for the wait”.
We are currently in line again at 12:45pm waiting for 2 drinks and we have waited over 15 minutes. We would leave, but we cannot get out of the line because of the way the drive through line is set up.
