Took almost an hr to fix an order that only had six items. We were told to pull up at the second window at the drive thru but then immediately told to pull up at the entrance and someone will bring order out to us.
About 10 minutes past the estimated pick up time order was bought out but was missing half of the order. We explained that a whole $10 combo meal was missing. They then told us to come inside because the ordering system somehow glitched and showed the order wrong on their end. Wife spent almost 30mins attempting to get the missing combo.
All they had to do was remove a tomatoes from one crunchy taco and add extra beef to the second crunchy taco. Despite having the correct order with notated changes the cook kept having to remake the order because he struggle making the notated changes to the order.
At one point, the manager came from back and started yelling at my wife telling her it's our fault that they couldn't make the tacos to our liking.
My question is...why offer upgrades or changes then get upset at the customer for not following simple instructions? To make matters worse, the manager said this in front of other customers that were seated eatting at a table and customers that were in line waiting to order. Terrible customer service! And sadly tacos still wasn't made correctly... waste of $27.
There will be a call made to corporate because you DO NOT try to humiliate customers in...
Read moreI ordered the new Cantina power bowl for lunch. But what I got was a hot mess. They used to put it in a bowl with separate compartments so your steak or chicken stayed warm. It was a nice touch. But now...they put everything in a cardboard box with only a piece of wax paper on the bottom. This is completely unacceptable for this reason. If you are getting it to go and plan on eating it when you get home or something, by the time you get there it will be soggy as I found out the hard way. When it was in a bowl it had a lid and stayed warm and the meat and veggies stayed separate. The first time I got it in a box was in the drive thru and I just figured that they must've ran out or something, but then it was the same thing again this time. I even asked the person at the counter and was told that it is the new box they use on a regular basis now. It's the same one your loaded nachos would be in. I'm not sure why they stopped using the bowl but still call it one, but until they bring the actual bowl back... I'm not coming back. My food was not good at all. Read moreComplete lack of customer service. Nobody would answer the phone, even though I called five separate times. So then I Drove by to go see if the drive thru was open later, as most taco bells are, and none of the people inside the building would pay attention. I sat at the drive thru window and watched multiple employees walk by me, and I even waved to get their attention. Two employees simply glanced at me, and then moved out of sight…….this “”pandemic”” has brought out the highest level of laziness I think I’ve ever seen in my life. Nobody wants to work, or has any drive to leave a positive impact with customer service. It’s being seen everywhere, and it’s a shame. I will not be returning to this...
