I had an exceptional experience with Isale at Cut Creation Studio! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, making me and my 7-year-old son feel right at home. Isale was incredibly courteous and patient, especially with my son, who can be a bit fidgety. He took his time, making sure everything was perfect, and his attention to detail was remarkable.

I went in with a full medium length beard and I explained that I just wanted a trim/evening out and after explaining the shape I wanted, the guy literally went and buzzed off most of my beard. He gave me the patchiest short scruffy beard ever. I would have been better off trimming it myself with a cheat trimmer in the hotel bathroom… I have a wedding tomorrow and now I look horrible and obviously not fixable. This was NOT what I asked for…

I would not go to this place, if you care how you look. They should pay ME money because now I’ll be looking patchy until the beard grows back!...
