Needless to say the wrong place to have work done. Excellent place to buy vehicles but not have service done. I have come in multiple times to order/get parts and customer service has been excellent. I needed new tires put on my Honda 250es 3 wheeler (1985). I didn't have all of the tools necessary to do it myself so I took it in to have them done for me. I brought the rims with old tires still on them for directional purposes and gave them my new tires that I wanted put on. I came back the next day to pick them up and took them home lined them up and realized 1 tire had the tred pattern facing the wrong way. I took the rim/tire back and asked them nicely if they could flip the tire around. I need these tires for Sunday and dropped them off Thursday but when they told me they would have them ready on Monday I was a little upset. The service department messed up and expect me to wait another 2 business days for them. No, all I was told was that the rims wouldn't fit right on the machine so they had to do them by hand and it took them 2 hours. What do I come back with rims bent beyond my comprehension and 1 tire still facing the wrong way and a bad mood.
I have worked in automotive service and if I messed up like this that customer was my priority and everything else had to wait, but not in the case of this dealership "we have other things we need to get done, so you are going to have to wait." To sum things up I will still by parts and maybe a motorcycle eventually from here but never will I take my equipment in to have it worked on. Now I have to scramble to find some other place to get it done or hope my friend can...
Read moreMy boyfriend was in search of a new four wheeler and contacted the company via email. Their timelines in answering back was terrible which forced him to call and talk to a salesperson. Once we got a hold of someone they told him they would run his credit check for financing and contact him back shortly. After following up twice via phone and still getting no answers we drove 45 minutes to the facility to talk to someone in person. When we arrived the staff was dressed unprofessionally and the salesperson had all the information we were waiting on sitting on her desk. At this point they notified us that they had sold the four wheeler we were interested in that morning and they could have one delivered within 2 business days, however, it required a $500 deposit. My boyfriend provided the deposit and we waited for their call. After 2 days my boyfriend reached out to them because he hadnât heard from anyone and at that point they advised him that the four wheeler that he put a deposit on had been sold. They offered to him another one shipped but said it required another $300 to ensure it got there. At that point we wanted our money back so that we could look elsewhere. He was told he would have to drive back out to the facility to pick up his money because they cannot mail cash. Upon his arrival to pick up the $500 he was told it wasnât available in cash or check but only by a credit back to his debit card. The Manager told him, âIf you know how to crack a code on a safe then I can give you cash.â The lack of professionalism or sense of urgency displayed here is horrendous and I would never recommend...
Read moreBrought my wheels from my 1990 VTR250 in to get new tires swapped on. The people working there are nice and friendly. Tires were swapped in a timely manner and they disposed of my old tires for a cheap fee. All seemed good until the wheel weights on the rear wheel fell off as I was cleaning the wheel with soap and water to put back on the bike.
I'm not sure if they didn't clean the wheel first or if they were just cheap weights, but the adhesive has less sticking power than sticky tack. I've removed stickers that have put up more of a fight than these weights. I checked the front wheel but found no wheel weights. It is unclear if the front wheel is balanced well enough without them, if they forgot to do the front, or if the weights fell off without me noticing while I was cleaning.
So I have brand new tires mounted, but one isn't balanced and it is unclear if the other is or is not. They are unusable in their current state. Not to mention what could have happened if I was riding at high speeds when the wheel weights decided to fly off. Unacceptable. Reading other reviews it seems the service department is sub par.
2/5 for timely service, friendliness, and a chance at death.
EDIT: Upon further inspection, the rear tire is not mounted correctly. The valve stem indication spot on the tire is not inline with the valve stem on the wheel. This is probably why they needed to use x7 5-gram...
