Read moreI recently visited the TSC Store in New Hudson, and I want to give a special shout-out to Matthew. We needed a hard-to-find mower deck part that our local TSC in Howell didn't have, but New Hudson showed one in stock. Despite the hot, muggy weather and the 20-mile drive through expressway construction, we were determined to get the part.
The store was bustling with activity, and though everyone was friendly, they were busy with load-outs and customer checkouts. After unsuccessfully searching for the part myself and struggling with intermittent internet connectivity, I went outside to take a screenshot of the specific part I needed.
After waiting for a bit, I finally met Matthew. I showed him the screenshot, and he immediately entered the SKU into his handheld device. Instead of the usual "the inventories might not be accurate," he confidently said, "I know where those are located; follow me!"
Matthew didn't just point me to an aisle; he led me directly to the bottom shelf and handed me the part, saying, "Here's what you're looking for." He then asked, "What else can I help you with?" I replied, "I'm good."

The manager asked if he could help me so the young lady turned to walk away to do something else. This manager rudely and in front of me started yelling at this young lady to never walk away from a customer. I found his behavior to be down right mean. I felt sorry for the young lady who had to endure his abuse. I just wish I would have taken to time to tell this manager what I thought of his attitude at that time. It has bothered me since. He was being verbally abusive and publically humiliating her. I just hope corporate will address him and if others witness his actions they too will post a review and better yet confront...
