The short of it is that at best this Feldman dealership and service department is incompetent, at worst they are straight up negligent and dangerous. I would not recommend that you put yourself or anyone you love in a vehicle sold by or serviced by this Feldman dealership. In late 2022 we put down a deposit on a trailblazer, specified the options we wanted and they promised to order us the vehicle. They not only failed to order the vehicle-missing the deadline to allow a specifically ordered car, but had also LOST/FORGOTTEN about our deposit. Luckily they had a vehicle on order that matched our requirements. The day it came it they specifically asked us when we were picking up the vehicle so that it would be detailed and ready. We gave them 24 hours to prepare the vehicle. We arrived, the vehicle had yet to be detailed. As we sat going through the financials we noticed that once again they had LOST/FORGOTTEN our deposit. About three quarters of the way through the buying process they finally started to detail the vehicle, causing us to wait around for an additional HOUR waiting for the vehicle. I missed a work meeting because I expected the car to be ready at 11 am, not at 2:30 pm. They did an incomplete job with the detailing leaving adhesive on the windshield. After this, my husband filled out the survey for the dealership indicating that we weren’t fully happy with our experience at the dealership. The manager called me, aggressively screaming at me on the phone instead of taking constructive criticism and admitting that maybe they didn’t fully meet their mark. We went back for our first oil change and the warranty work on the vehicle. We mentioned at the time the poor job detailing the vehicle and that there was still adhesive on the windshield. They did not bother to address the adhesive. When we picked up the vehicle, I was handed the key and had to walk out and search the lot for my own car. Clearly customer experience is not a priority for this Feldman location. A month later Feldman proceeded to contact me about the warranty work that had already been done on the vehicle before realizing it had already been repaired. We hit the absolute last straw last week. I hit a pot hole and lost control of my vehicle and went over a curb, extensively damaging my tire and rim. We took the vehicle in, explained what happened and mentioned we had purchased the tire warranty plan. The service person pulled up our account and stated we had not. Sure enough, we go home, search our records and find the paperwork proving we had the tire plan. My husband ran it to the service department and was told, “oh yeah, I guess it will be covered.” They called a little bit later stating the only issue with the vehicle was the tire and rim and that everything else was fine, but told my husband there was a balance due and he again had to remind them of the tire plan coverage to not be charged. At pick up my husband noticed that the tire that was replaced was sitting incorrectly and knew there was more damage. He took the vehicle to another mechanic who within moments told us a strut was bent and that this car was too dangerous to drive. My husband returned to Feldman to discuss this problem with the dealership because MISSING A CRITICAL SAFETY ISSUE ON A VEHICLE IS NEGLIGENCE. The service team kept downplaying the severity of the issue, stating “people drive in vehicles like that all the time.” My husband pointedly asked this service rep “Would you let your wife or kids ride in that vehicle?” and his answer was NO. So my vehicle is safe for me, a customer to drive, but not for your own family? The service rep asked my husband to give them another chance since “everyone deserves a second chance.” At this point Feldman, you’ve had 4 shots to get your act together, admit your mistakes and you’ve failed. Please, please use any other dealership, this one could kill you or your family with their lack of care for...

In August 2021 I called to test drive a Chevy Impala and told the receptionist that I was commuting from an hour away to do so. I confirmed several times that the car would be ready to test drive.
When we arrived, we were told that the car could not be viewed or driven. I was frustrated to say the least but because we were in desperate need of a vehicle, we looked at cars way beyond our initial budget and ultimately financed a 2015 Chevy Malibu.
When there were problems with the online document signatures, the representatives were rude and threatened to repossess the vehicle.
The vehicle has been in the shop twice for faulty brakes and a leaky exhaust as of January 19, (5 months). We have been given the run around and can never get anyone to respond quickly. I am beyond infuriated as this has put the lives of our family in danger.
The dealer agreed to replace the brake line in September (taking weeks to respond) but only replaced one side leaving the opposite side to fail only 3 months later even though they were aware that both side were faulty. This caused further damage resulting in over $900 worth of fees.
I am currently hoping that someone will respond and assist with having the second brake line and all other connected repairs made ASAP.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
UPDATE On 2.20.22 I reached out yet again to try and get assistance with the cost of the repairs. I was ensured by Deb, a receptionist that she would stick with me until the matter was resolved. Just after this call I was contacted by the original sales manager Greg Green. He was clear that he remembered selling me the car and all of the trouble we went through with the initial purchase. He even remembered that I was fully disabled due to a car accident. After a lengthy conversation, Greg informed me that if I removed my Google review that he would be able to process payment for the repairs. Highly offended, I told him that I felt I was being strong armed and blackmailed. After calling me back, yet again he apologized for his actions and said that the payment would be processed.
On 2.21.22 I received a call from James Jordan at 8:42 a.m. While I was under the impression that payment had been processed the evening before, I learned that the payment was being held until the Google review was removed. James repeatedly reminded me that I bought the car As Is and that the dealership had no legal responsibility to cover the costs. He stated how important the online reviews are to their business and I reiterated the danger to our lives that was created by driving a vehicle with a leaking brake line. After a few exchanges, I told James that I was not removing or editing the review until the payment had been made and would follow up with the owner as well as the Better Business Bureau regarding the matter. He stated that he was rescinding any the payment and that all of my inquiries would be “SQUASHED” by anyone who read them. I pray that this is not the case!!
Ultimately, James made the decision that Feldman would not cover the cost, told me to “Drive Safely” and hung up in my face.
We are now stuck with a $900 repair bill that in my opinion is a drop in the bucket to a multimillion-dollar organization.
It is absolutely insidious that Feldman collects millions of dollars while hardworking citizens are...

Warning - they lie about the diagnostic fee and may not properly diagnose your problem.
Took my 6 year old Chevy in with a few issues and specifically asked if they could diagnose it under the $180 diagnostic fee and was told yes. At no point did they mention it could be more than $180
Was told it would take 24-48 hours to look at the vehicle but I had to call at 72 hours to be told it hasn't been looked at.
When they called me back, they told me they estimated $4,000 in repairs, the biggest being the turbocharger and that I'd have to pay $360 for diagnostics.
I asked why the increase and was told it took their mechanic several hours to diagnose. When I brought up that you told me everything would be $180 - they were firm that I now had to pay $360.
When I asked how they diagnosed the turbo, if it was based on the CEL code or if they had done any additional tests to confirm it was bad - they said it was based on the code - The code I already had and provided to them.
They didn't even properly diagnose the issues - turns out a ton of Chevy engines have issues with their PCV valves that cause a list of problems - including the code they say means the turbo needs replacing. Maybe the turbo does but until we get these other, less expensive parts repaired that they didn't catch we won't know for sure.
Part of the quote was for a new valve cover because the one I had was "warped" - turns out no, the pcv issue causes the pressure in the crankcase to go up and forces oil through gaskets, they also made no mention of the pcv diaphragm in the valve cover being bad - it was and obviously causing a vacuum leak.
Had I moved forward with their $4k quote, it would most certainly have cost me an additional $500 to $1k because they missed the faulty pcv check valve and possibly unnecessarily replaced the turbo. Worse, not fixing the pcv check valve in the intake but replacing the valve cover will cause the new valve cover pcv diaphragm to rupture. Edit: we replaced the purge valve, valve cover and installed the aftermarket PCV fix kit and have had zero problems and no codes so far.
Oh, they also refused to replace (I question if they even tested it) the only part (purge valve) still under warranty until every other item is fixed. Was told on one call that it was bad and would be fixed but after telling them I wouldn't be doing any paid work there, they told me they wouldn't replace it but could bring it back after we fixed all the CEL codes. We ended up replacing this ourselves for $35 & took 15 minutes to pull it off, verify that it was bad (it was) and replace it.
I now understand why people dislike "stealerships" and it's such a shame they operate like this.
If I can't trust them to be honest about a diagnostic fee and properly diagnose problems - how can I trust anything else...
