Where to begin…. I’ve eaten here several times and usually it’s decent. Not a four star but decent. It’s progressively gone down hill at a rapid pace. Last night was the last straw. With the economy the way it is… going out for a meal is a treat nowadays. So I went here Saturday evening and was horrified. I ordered a generous order and it consisted of wonton with spring rolls, chicken lo mein, orange chicken with with rice (they gave me fried) and water. The soup was just ok. Spring rolls were sub par. Lo mein was oily and the chicken in the lo mein resembled that artificial meat. But the orange chicken is the concern. Every piece I bit into I had to take most of it out of my mouth bc I couldn’t chew it or digest it. It was stringy, tough and old. I don’t mean to be vile but I had to have a separate play for the spit backs. Still makes me nauseated. And all the time I was there (at least half hour she never returned to refill my water) When she finally came over, I addressed the issue with the chicken and she could clearly see what I had to spit out and she said she would adjust it on the bill. When I went up to the register, I saw she took two dollars off of a $13 dish. I asked her why not take the whole thing? Because I boxed up the rest of the barely edible lo mein, and I left the orange chicken on the table. There’s no way I was taken at home and I wouldn’t even give it to the dog or the cat. She said something about she talk to some thing in the back. I mentioned to her that I didn’t understand her and she said “no I go back no do now.” Not sure what it meant I asked if she can take the orange chicken off and she said something else unintelligible. I then pointed out the fact that they are charging me for chicken that I could not digest, I could not even chew up, 3/4 of the chicken remained on the plate, and I would say at least an eighth was left of what came out of my mouth that couldn’t even be chewed. She then pretended to not understand me. And as much as I hate to be a Karen and complain or write a bad review, I have to. Like I said as bad as the economy is going out to dinner now is a big deal. And I asked her if she’s changed the supplier where they get their chicken to which she responded know that they cook everything in the morning and they warm it up throughout the day. That might be a problem. So if I could give a zero star review with a stay away warning I would. Worst place I’ve eaten in...
Read moreMy mother and I have come here for years and just recently started coming with my daughter a few months back. The service has always been amazing and friendly until today. The lady who brings out the food seemed to be in quite a rush to hurry and move food out with there only being my table and one other table occupied in the whole place. She placed the plates down and would slide them without looking at other dishes already on the table. She then slid a plate of food into a bowl of sauce and it spilt all over my $1,500 phone and she didn't even apologize and then proceeds to place scalding hot egg rolls in front of my 1 year old and she grabbed them. Nearly burning her hands before she dropped them from being too hot. Who does that? Everyone knows not to place food infront of babies. Thank god my mom seen it before I did because I was worried about the liquid all over my phone, table and on the seat next to me. When we confronted her at the register just to let her know that my phone was now sticking and the speaker was not making sound, she became very hostile and switched languages. She said that she only spilt like 3 drops and then said I spilt the rest! What??? How does that make sense? She then asked "What do you want from me?!" Like we just wanted money from them? When all we were trying to tell her was that I was getting my phone looked at and if something was wrong with it, she would have to pay for the repairs. What she did not know is that I speak 5 foreign languages and understood everything she was saying. She was so mad from literally saying that she spilt it all over my phone. They did not take care of our bill and we were charged $40 for awful service and a button sticking phone Anyways, we had a sheriff come up and talked with him. My options are to file for small claims court and to write a bad review from the sheriffs opinion. This was not right and we really enjoyed this place. No more. She should have never acted like that to her customers....
