Getting a guitar you want is definitely a special thing but one of the most important things to me is also the buying experience. This is the second time I have been to this place and I couldn't say enough how amazing the guys are. Some places are just about wanting your money and that's it with not wanting to answer questions and anything but this place and the staff here, they answered every question that I asked any concerns that I had when I was wanting to buy an evh Frankie from them and let me tell you they took time to answer every single question I had to the best they could. Like I said, it's not about just buying the instrument it's about the buying experience and this place made me feel comfortable and the way they treated me it was like they knew me for years I highly recommend this place because their customer service is excellent and they really do their best to help the customers with what they want. Another thing that these guys show is honesty. If they can help you they will or they also will look at other alternatives. I'm just on cloud nine not only about the guitar but just how amazing it is and why it is important to support small businesses. Thank you and I will be back...
Read moreI honestly can't believe I haven’t written a review until now. I've been coming to this shop since 2004, and looking back, I truly owe so much of my musical journey to Pat and Mike. From the very beginning, they welcomed me, encouraged me, and helped shape not only my playing but also my love for music.
They’ve built something incredibly special here not just a store, but a real community. Their knowledge, kindness, and unwavering support over the years have meant more to me than I can put into words. In a world where so many independent shops fade away, the fact that this place has thrived for over 20 years says everything you need to know about the kind of people they are and what this shop means to so many of us.
Even now, living all the way out in California, I make a point to stop in when I’m back in town and I still shop online just to stay connected in some small way. Pat and Mike, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve had a bigger impact on my life than you probably realize, and I’m forever grateful.
P.s. Loving the...
Read moreI purchased a Fender Roadworn Vintera II Strat over mail from 'A Sound education' a short while ago. The guitar was listed as being 7 lb 6oz but when I received it, I found the guitar to weigh 7 lb 12.3oz. This may not seem like a big deal to some but to me, it matters. When I brought this to the staff's attention - every single person, that I dealt with over phone and email (Patrick, Jake etc.) immediately rushed to taking care of the issue. They apologized for the error (which was due to an error with their scale) and completely took care of me. Even though I'm out of state, just talking to the staff here and interacting with them made me aware of what a bunch of great guys they are. If you're buying guitars - BUY FROM THESE GUYS - they know what they're talking about and are a quality outfit. Thank you again ASE for making my transaction a very...
