Well here it goes and I’m being as truthful as I can be on this review so it may be long so PLEASE Read the whole way thru….…I’ve been here for almost 10yrs (May 1 makes 10yrs) and the apts are kinda outdated definitely needs some work. Pool has been OPENED about 6-7 times in those 10yrs. There’s supposed to be a gym and security never seen EITHER. Apt has mildew and mold, especially in the master bathroom and my son is allergic to both. Told Tanisha and the maintenance man did something else to the shower🤷🏻‍♀️. I’ve NEVER had a PROBLEM with my kids or the neighbors or even RaShonda. Lashonda, Cheryl, Regina and someone else I can’t think of her name but she was in the office before Tanisha came on the property. Ever since Tanisha came in the property my son and I have had complaints left and right it seems. First ACTUAL meeting with Tanisha someone LIED on my son and said he was spray painting the building(s) and cussing ADULTS out, that’s so not in my son’s personality and Tanisha was ready to put us out then. So perspective residents PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR KID(s) ARE VERY RESPECTFUL YOU KNOW YES MAAM NO MAAM because TANISHA doesn’t tolerate DISRESPECTFUL kids or you and your family may be put out!!!!! Also if she likes you she is cool with you if she don’t like you Tanisha is like Mr. Jekell and Mr. Hyde. My daughter was DEFENDING herself and got into a fight on the property and someone called the cops so we are being forced out when my lease is up (April 30) due to “ violation of lease policy” but how is SELF DEFENSE a violation? Then TANISHA calls the NEIGHBORS to ask what happened instead of ME !!!!! Now who does that really why not go straight to the source cuz you know folks ALWAYS add more to it then it really is!!! But why have us SIGN ALL THE PAPERWORK A MONTH MONTH AND A HALF AGO if you knew you weren’t going to RENEW our lease? Who really does that for real? I could’ve kept my money and found somewhere else but noooo no I’ve got to struggle to find somewhere to move!!!!!! I’ve got a lot more that I can say but I hope this helps someone else out when they are looking for a place!!!! Y’all...

I wanted to move to this apartment complex. The manager on site said everything looks great . She stated that I meet the requirement for the apartment complex. She stated her manager would have to review the application herself when she reviews the application she had a problem with me having a gap in my rental history she also stated about my student loans. I was told that the manager from corporate would have to pass it on to someone else and corporate I reached out to her for two days no answer on Friday The manager at corporate return my call I was told that the compliance department had look at my application and they denied it because of the credit score and that my employer had forgot to fill out the section on the employment verification form this went on for about three weeks I went today and retrieve my security money order it was dated for April 6 today it is now April 18. I don’t feel that my Application should have went from hand to hand in order to be denied I was told on Friday that I will receive a call from corporate but I never received a call today is Tuesday, April 18 no call no nothing I feel that the lady from corporate is over the site manager wanted my application to be denied. I just need some understanding from someone in corporate to show me and make me understand why my application was denied. I also feel that it should not go to corporate and the things that are listed as requirements they change according...

This was the smoothest move in I have ever had! Ms. Tanisha was absolutely wonderful from start to finish with my move in process. She kept me updated, informed, and made me feel welcome. The maintenance staff was friendly and very welcoming as well! They kept everything very professional and made my move with my small boys very easy and reassuring. The property is clean, my apartment was perfect upon moving in and I can’t complain. If Ms. Tanisha wasn’t available and I left a message she called me back quickly. Even though there was a wait it was worth it. Even with a slight hiccup with my original apartment (not the management team’s fault) Ms. Tanisha went above and beyond to make the proper adjustments so I didn’t even have to change my move in date. I appreciate her so much for everything she did for our family and this review isn’t even good enough for the praise and recognition...
