Where do I start? šŸ¤” My wife was in the mood for Bulgogi, so I looked up a few places. I stumbled upon this place and we were so excited to try something new. We go inside and it’s your typical restaurant, not a fast food place but not a restaurant like chili’s. The first thing I noticed when arriving was how empty it was. We thought great let’s order, this should be quick. We ordered our food at 12:35pm and we sat and sat as more people started arriving. 45 minutes had passed and we still had no food. Then a couple that came in 15 minutes after us received their food and we still had nothing. Then the cook comes out and sees us still sitting there and says wow y’all don’t have your food yet? We said, ā€œNoā€ so the cook then said to the young lady at the register, ā€œYou gave their food to the wrong peopleā€. Now at this point we had been there for an hour and no food. Finally the cook comes out and apologized and gave us the food. The problem was it was not made correctly because they had given our order to someone else. I will say the food was really good as we live 35 minutes from the restaurant so we ate the food we received although wasn’t made how we ordered it. The cook I give credit to for trying, but the girl at the front was not good at all. She seemed confused the entire time, wasn’t apologetic at all. She also charged my wife for the shaved ice and then stayed the machine was broken after we watched her make a few of them as we waited for an hour for our food. This young lady didn’t pay attention to anything and just shouldn’t be working the front. She disappeared several times while there were people waiting to order, to the point a few people walked out. In my Opinion the food was great!!! I just wouldn’t return based on the poor service and hour we waiting for 2 bulgogi bowls šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø ( The cook was the reason for...

So I have been to this location 3 times. All three times it has been with my baby and friends.

The first time was when it had first opened and it was amazing. The portions were great the flavors were great even my 10-month-old at the time enjoyed it. 5 out of 5.

The second time was 2 weeks later (2 weeks ago from today) It took longer to make the food, and their service was a bit more relaxed, still my baby and I enjoyed our meal with our friends.

Today is the 3rd time. It has been 3 visits in 6 weeks, and I am sitting in my car with my baby, my friends already left, and I have my Togo order (I asked originally for dine-in). As always the atmosphere is amazing, but the service, definitely lacking. My friend and her kid are already at a table and are waiting for their food. They arrived 10 minutes before me. I order quickly already knowing what I am going to try this time. 5 minutes for by and a table of one (togo) and a table of two walks in. We are at the table across from the cash register, they sit further away. They get their food and 15 more minutes pass by. I notice that everyone is eating except me and my child. I go to the front and ask about our food. The cashier looks at me puzzled and then in shock.

She forgot that I ordered and gave my order away. Also when I ask for gochujang on the side and get sweet chili sauce...not a good look. I know they have it. I've had it twice already.

I can see a trend here and it's not looking good. I also tried the food before writing this review. The flavor isn't as good as it has been. I got the bulgogi beef bowl. The rice was undercooked and didn't taste washed thoroughly, the beef was more tender but in smaller portions, and the...

My experience at this establishment was nothing short of AMAZING. I was in the area to visit another business and on my way into that place, I was greeted by someone from Meetbowl. He handed me a menu and invited me to stop in to eat. I took the menu and thanked him, but continued on my way. While waiting to be helped inside the neighboring business. I scanned the QR code that was on the menu, located the reviews, and began to read such great things about Meetbowl. I was convinced to stop in, once I completed my errand. I am so glad I did!!! It was such a pleasant experience. The guy inside was super friendly and helpful ( he even gave me a nice tote bag for being a 1st time customer). The atmosphere is welcoming, the facility is very clean, and the food is delicious. I ordered to go for the family (which includes a finicky teenager), and EVERYONE enjoyed it. We had the chicken teriyaki bowl, Korean BBQ, and Korean corn dog. My personal favorite was the bowl. It was perfect. Nothing was needed to enhance flavor, the vegetables were not overcooked like most spots tend to do, and the fried rice was great because it was cooked properly, not drenched in oil. The portion was huge, enough for two people to eat and be satisfied. I have already told my family and friends to stop through and check them out, now I'm telling the masses. Do yourself, taste buds and stomach a favor, and give them a try. You'll be glad...

I haven’t been inside the place, however, I’ve ordered from UberEats twice and all I’ve got to say is this place is amazing. At first I tried the bulgogi bowl which was so filling I could barely finish it. It was an amazing array of textures and tastes, and it just tasted absolutely amazing. Today I decided to try the potato corn dog and mandu bowl and goodness— the corn dog has to be my new favorite food. It’s an amazing mix of sweet, and savory, and the cheese pull from the mozzarella is phenomenal. The mandu bowl was just as good as the bulgogi bowl, however I’m not a big fan of fried dumplings in general so I’d rate it a bit lower. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish that the owner provided nutrition information for all their foods. As a person with dietary problems and I can’t eat over a certain calorie limit, it’s hard to keep track when they either don’t provide any calories for some of their items or give a big range like 313-926. If they could provide this information, I’d be ecstatic and have no problems eating here. Overall, this place has some top-tier food and I can’t wait to try more.

Went on cause I was craving Korean BBQ without the big price tag. Staff was nice, if unenthused about being there. Despite us saying it was our first time they responded as if we were regulars and knew what everything was. I got the bulgogi bowl with white rice. The rice was very clumpy, I wish it was cooked in a way where it would be more broken up or was broken up before being put in the bowl. We got a 1/2&1/2 potato dog that had no potato on it. They didn't ask if we wanted sugar on it or not and didn't mention that it had sugar on it. My husband got the orange chicken and he was concerned that some of the pieces weren't thoroughly cooked. There are vegetables with the bowls, looked like glass noodles, sprouts, something green and wilted and I think something else. (Was just told "vegetables'") It looks like effort was made to make the place look cute but it needs better lighting as it's dimly lit inside. The bathrooms had no paper towels. Will I be back? Probably yes because there's nothing else like it in the area, I'll just know to double check my food before I eat/leave to verify I got what I ordered.

I’m a little upset with this place. The people were nice enough. There was a bit of a wait but my meat I ordered was fried so I understood that. I asked for a different sauce for my pork cutlets because I didn’t like the one that it comes with. I asked for sweet teriyaki sauce that they offered. When my food was almost ready I saw the guy put the original sauce on. I asked if the sweet teriyaki was on mine he said no opened the food and poured it on top and said sorry. I really needed to go at this point so I took the food and left. It was upsetting to pay $12 for food that is messed up! Of course I told him I didn’t need a receipt either so that’s on me. I will not be coming here again which is a shame because I am new to the area and I love Korean BBQ. I guess I will keep my money for K-Pop in Woodstock at least I know they won’t mess up my food in front of me and still think it’s ok to give to me.
