Good product, terrible-- no, HORRIBLE customer service!! Rude, uninviting and sarcastic. She can't even hide her facial expressions. I've been in here tons of times thinking it'll get better, but each time it got worse. 3 months ago i was going to write a bad review but decided to just not give her my business anymore. Since i like the product, though, I've gone in there 3 more times since the despicable incident that happened 3 months ago, again giving her my hard earned money and she still seems sooo rude like she doesn't value customers. As a business owner, you've GOT TO LEARN PATIENCE!
I always ask for the walnut wrap sauce on the side. You would think the OWNER would know my order BY HEART and get it right, but SHE NEVER GETS IT RIGHT EVEN THOUGH I TELL HER EACH TIME!! I would also think she would value me more as a frequent customer since each time i come in there i bring at least TWO OR THREE of my students with me (I teach right across the parking lot at LA Fitness). I know she has a lot of customers, i don't expect her to remember if i don't come in for a week, but at one point i was coming in EVERYDAY and she'd TELL ME my order, BUT STILL GET IT WRONG, telling me i have to ask for feta cheese on the wrap EVEN THOUGH IT CLEARLY SAYS THE INGREDIENTS IN THE MENU. That's the most foolish thing I've ever heard. So if i ask for a cheeseburger at McDonald's do i still have to request it with cheese? Ridiculous. So each time i order, i make sure to request it with cheese, since that's the foolish way she'd like to run her business, and EVERTIME I GET THE WRAP IT STILL DOESN'T HAVE FETA CHEESE.!! I kid you not! Then when I mention it she looks at me like i did something wrong. 3 months ago when i decided to stop going in there, my friend, her 2 year old daughter and myself had ordered more than $30 worth of lunch (the food is pretty pricey). After waiting over 20 minutes, because they obviously don't have enough help for the volume of business they get, my friend asked for more tahini sauce, which the lady told her i think would cost 50 cent or something like that. Ok, fine we don't need anything free, even if we do spend money with you everyday, if you wanna penny pinch, it's your establishment, you treat your frequent customers how you feel necessary. Simultaneously, my friends' daughter mistakenly spilled the quinoa salad all over the floor. We attempt to clean it up, but the owner tells us she got it, comes and stands by us with the broom and dustpan INSTEAD of letting us collect our items and perhaps going to the back and getting the sauce my friends had asked for. She chose instead to stand by us in an impatient manner while it took us about 60 to 90 seconds to collect our lunch, our coats our drinks and all of our belongings. She WAS RUSHING US with this nasty, unpleasant demeanor. And guess what? She hadn't even gone to get the sauce my friend had requested yet, and my friend had bought a smoothie, a walnut wrap AND a quinoa salad, over $20 WORTH of food in one sitting! Now i wouldn't be complaining about this one incident if she wasn't so nasty regularly! I also work in a restaurant, a BUSY restaurant and I would NEVER treat customers the way i see her treat her customers, and I DON'T OWN THE RESTAURANT. I hope this review cuts your patrons in half because you're not a nice person and you don't deserve the patronage. Even yesterday when you were "Trying" to be nice by throwing my sandwich in the garbage and making a new one once i came back in to show you there was no cheese on it even after we had a FULL MINUTE CONVERSATION about feta cheese. Smh, you're not a nice person at all. Don't think i didn't catch your eye rolling. As the customer, I shouldn't have to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food is always amazing, but at some point you have to ask if it's worth the frustration after interacting with the owner. When I go in and see she isn't there I breath a sigh of relief. To a degree, customer service skills can be learned, but after soooo many unfavorable interactions with her, (personally and witnessing) I don't have much hope. Somehow she isn't making the connection and it is sad because SHE is the worst part of her business! All of the people commenting about her can't be wrong. If she would just stay in the kitchen and let someone with people skills handle the front, it would be a much more pleasant place to patronize.
PLEASE...Take a class, hire a consultant , speak to a counselor, DO SOMETHING, but don't keep going year after year without personal growth. You owe it to yourself, staff, customers and community.
I already know YOUR reply to this post will have some level of excuse and backlash because that's what you find in the previous replies. It will do nothing more than support my point....please get some help! There is something broken in you my dear and as sure as there is a God, I believe it can be healed...IF you will let it!!!!!! It doesn't have to be this way.
UPDATE: It took her less than 15 minutes to reply to this message, but many times it takes longer than that to get an order onsite. She says she has never met me in person, but that is wrong. She suggests I volunteer in her business, but she won't do what's necessary to get the help she needs. Besides, if you don't value me patronizing your business then how could you ever value me offering to help! And for the record, I just volunteered my time to write this review because I care, not because I am lashing out or attacking you. I never mentioned the incident...you did. She says if it weren't for her efforts there wouldn't be a juice me too and that is where the breakdown takes place. IF NOT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS THERE WOULDN'T BE A JUICE ME TOO. The sooner you learn...

THE GOOD
What to order? Well the Chocolate Paradise with EXTRA peanut butter taste delicious (when made right)āone of the BEST SMOOTHIES in Atlanta (when made right).
Itās thick, creamy, and you can taste all the flavor notes. I canāt speak for the other smoothies or menu items offered, but this recipe is one-of-a-kind and I will definitely point out this positive aspect of Juice Me Too.
THE BAD
(1)Thereās high turnover for employees at this establishment, which usually means inconsistency in the taste of the smoothies offered here.
(2) Wait time for smoothies tends to be quite long. Waiting 20+ minutes is a lot of time for smoothie.
(3) RUDENESS - Poor customer service, unfortunately. On top of that, to read other reviews and see the ownerās response to themā¦I mean if you look, these responses are dismissive and contain no accountability. If youāre another business owner reading this review, please remember that the customerās voice is pivotal to your cash flow. So if you make a mistake or your customer tells you theyāve had an unfavorable experience in your establishment, the least you can do is be polite and do your best to handle the situation with grace. Try to turn your customerās frown upside down. You donāt want your customerās to make the decision to never return to your establishment again because you couldnāt find the patience to be kind while receiving customer feedback.
CLOSING
In todayās age, you should be intentional about where you spend your money and the businesses you support.
But I would say, try your chances if youāre a smoothie-connoisseur.
You might catch them on a good day with an employee in there who isnāt rude and knows how to do make a...
