Wait staff for our table was attentive but he wore his mask under his nose not completely covering his face. The wait staff as a whole was extremely loud which disrupted our meal. We understand restaurant noise but this wad way beyond that...We may as well have been at Waffle House. One of them was yelling out stuff to all the other staff all across the room, to the kitchen, and because of that we pretty much were aware of everyone's wrong order, that the next table was not going to like the bacon light, that she was training someone, that she needed whip cream from the back, that she needed her dish ready when she was ready to clock out, that she needed so and so to come take out the trash, how to put Harvest Nut Grain pancakes in the register....I mean she was loud and yelling pretty much everything. She was so loud and it was truly disruptive and not what I have come to expect at IHOP. Now don't get me wrong she appeared to be working hard but all of the staff was just unnecessarily loud and quite frankly the restaurant as a whole just did not look tidy. It was 10 pm.or so...hardly any customers and at least 7 to 10 workers so things should have looked really tidy. Management was in the back apparently cause we asked but at least one Manager should be out front cause it so much noise and conversation between the wait staff we literally were ready to go. They were that loud. Louder than waffle house and that is their method of operation you expect to hear everything there but not IHOP. And many of them had their masks only on their mouths and not covering their noses even when handling guests food. That kind of defeats the purpose.

Three of us went to this IHOP for brunch and we each got one of the breakfast specials. Robert and I each had an egg & swiss omelette special that came with a couple pancakes and choice of meat. I can't recall what the sauce was on top but i want to say salsa. Regardless, it was a very unique but tasty addition! Candi had the french french toast special which also came with pancakes and choice of meat. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of hers. Everything was so delicious and enough to satisfy our appetites. I personally can say that i was even borderline stuffed! The waiter was excellent. With our dietary restrictions he was accommodating, and throughout our meal he was attentive but not the least bit annoying. I really appreciated that he waited until all of us were done eating before offering to bring the checks. That earns a 6th star IMO! I wish I could remember his name because he earned recognition ...and a raise! Overall, i believe this was the best dining experiences I've ever had at an IHOP. About 15 or so years ago, i had 2 separate bad experiences back-to-back which left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak (but not at this location). Since then, i think I've only tried the food one other time, but it wasn't at all impressive like today's visit. I would highly recommend this location and I'll try to find out the waiter's name so you can request him personally if you want to guarantee excellent service as well.

I decided to do a Thanksgiving Friday late lunch, and was not disappointed. Requested their great server, Tayah, & she remembered my previous visit's order, & it was better than ever!! The Chicken Fajita omelet with a side of yummy pancakes is gourmet heaven. It is loaded with grilled chicken bites, inside & out, with fire roasted poblano & red peppers, Cheddar cheese, & onions, served with little cups of sour cream & salsa on the side. You will need extra cups, the omelet is so big. Mr. Ernest is the Omelet Garu, ask for him, if you get an omelet. Tayah checked on me through out the meal, even brought a hot pot of fresh coffee to replace my initial pot! Randy and Tony have kept the " "bestest" servers ; which are now attracting regulars and families... I spoke to two, & they both loved this location & the caring friendly staff. Randy and Tony always come to say hello. I'll be back. They rate 10 stars!!!!

Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews! But today it is very necessary that I do! Upon entering the restaurant, it is very clean great customer service being greeted and waited on! But all of that goes out the Window when I got a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes, looking towards the back, no one had on gloves, except for a black male with hair! I saw a caucasian heavyset male which looked to be psoriasis flaking all over!!! no gloves preparing food completely grossed me out !!! I understand skin diseases, but please be required to wear clothing to cover it. So dead skin cells don’t fall in the food! His uniform was disgustingly filthy! Hat turned backwards and to think this guy is preparing my food 🤮 and to make it all worse, he went to the bathroom and all I can think of was did he even wash his hands the appearance seems great but behind-the-scenes is definitely concerning from what I can see. No one had on gloves, except for the only black guy that I seen back ! no discrimination, just observation! Once a regular, but I will not go here anymore after the visual that I witnessed! Hygiene is very important, especially when someone is preparing food to have open sores. Definitely gave me a new phone respect for Waffle House where I can see my food being prepared and who is actually preparing it! He should be required to properly cover up. This is a safety concern I will be looking into reporting this on a high-level than Google, but this is to warn other Customers, please take look at who is preparing your food and if you were to see the hygiene of the people, particularly the ones who’s uniforms are dirty and the ones not wearing gloves and have bad hygiene you...

I tried to give them a second chance but after last night I am sure we won't be back. We arrived just about 7pm on a Saturday night and were immediately seated by a flustered hostess who was getting some attitude from another staff member. (First clue - yeah, we ignored it.)

The hostess took our drink orders and brought them, forgetting the lemons (no biggie) as our server brought them. 15 minutes have gone by and our order is taken. My mom and I ordered the turkey wraps, mine without bacon. I got a side of tomato soup - double-checked to make sure there was no bacon, and my daughter got brioche french toast and sausage. Pretty simple.

We noticed the table near us talking to the manager about needing to get food to go so I ask the manager to check on ours and for a beverage refresh. At this point we'd been there about 40" and our server hadn't been by to refill drinks, communicate anything, or bring me the soup.

An hour after arriving, they brought out the wraps and grench toast. Asked if it all looked good. For the most part, it did. They put my daughter's brioche french toast in as plain so she had to ask for butter and powder. They forgot her sausage and my soup.

They come out with the soup and it's not the right soup. Server misheard me but they don't have the soup I wanted so I said nevermind (I mean an hour later for what should come out within a couple minutes of ordering?) Did the server ask if I wanted something else or make a suggestion or anything? No. By this time I'd forgotten that I am paying for a side. My mom reminded me, so I asked for the potato soup to go. I got it and to top it all off - when I opened it at home they'd actually topped...
