Incredibly disappointed at the customer service. Even though we love the food, we won't be back. After waiting 50 minutes for an order that we were told would take 25… 6 of our wings were left off. When I asked about it, the girl at the front counter was less then enthusiastic about helping to figure out the problem. I tried to show her my receipt, and she snatched it out of my hands. Upon discovering that indeed Wingtopia was in error, she never apologized. When my food came up, alongside some other orders, she made sure to hold mine for last. I didn’t steal from them. But I was certainly treated like I tried to. I never raised my voice. Never got hostile. We’ve ordered from there many many times. But I’m hoping management can see that the rep they chose for the customer service today just lost them our family's business. The taste of the food isn’t enough to be treated poorly by someone who hasn’t been a contributing member to society for more than a year or two.

She'd be better suited in a behind the scenes role, or better...

I’m happy I found a place that has great Chinese food and the chicken wings are so good with the ranch dressing. The plate didn’t disappoint and it’s worth every penny… ordering it again lmao because when I tell you I love Chinese food I can not stress it enough. Now I found me a favorite spot by luck since I ordered it from DoorDash never been to the restaurant never heard of it so When I got my my food I was real skeptical about how it was going to taste but they did not disappoint. Love it.!! UNBELIEVABLE after I gave them a 5 star they a 2 star at this point!!! Wayyy too many damn onions in my chicken fried rice absolutely wayyyyyyy too many!!! If I didn’t want carrot and peas in my rice what make u think I want ONIONS!!! let alone an excessive amount to it’s over powering the plate!!! So aggravated!!! Just done with the entire plate… not ordering here again periodt!!! You right you definitely NOT a Chinese food restaurant because they chicken fried rice isn’t drowning...

Very pleased. My family and I were traveling and wanted to stop real quick to grab a bite. This was right off the highway so decided to stop here. We were surprised that the menu had a lot to offer with a variety of options to choose from! We decided to order their chicken fried rice, 20 piece wings (spicy wingtopia sauce was chef’s kiss), and their chicken philly. It was three of us and we basically rolled out of there with 3 happy full stomachs! They recommended us to put some of the spicy hot wingtopia sauce on the philly and it was so delicious!!! I am a huge foodie and usually never leave reviews but I was simply impressed. The location was convenient; the restaurant was very clean; food was delicious; price was very reasonable; most importantly, everyone was so pleasant and nice!! It was also nice to know they were supporting local businesses around with their ingredients! Cannot wait...
