I would give a a lower rating than 1 star if i could. Friday the 14th I ordered online for me and my mother. I was charged 21.59 for both our meals and drinks. Everything would be fine except for the fact when we arrive to pick up our food it isn't there. Not only is it not there but the employee who works there said that all online orders are sent to the Subway across the street at Walmart. So believing her we go across the street to pick it up. Instead of being getting food we find that it had already closed. When we ask about the order the Subway in the Walmart said that they don't even receive online orders and the one across the street is the only one that receives online orders. Feeling defeated we instead go to another restaurant to order through the drive thru. We didn't leave it unnoticed though, later I called the subway to ask for a refund. She said that she was a new employee and that no one else was working with her, she was likely the girl who we saw early and told us that it was across the street and so she told us to go email the company or something and that she thought maybe we could refund it on the subway website. So Iwent through the process of leaving a question ticket with my receipt and my order number so that i may get a refund on the website. It said it'd would take 2 business days which I again believed and now it's been a week since I filed the refund and no word has been given. I wouldn't normally be upset at losing 20 dollars for a meal but the amount of goose hunting I had to go through to pay and not receive a meal is ridiculous. Not only that the online website version of ordering for subway is a pain in the butt. You have to select a prebuilt sandwich with the meat that you would like then remove anything you don't like and add what you do like. Just let us build our sandwiches. Anyways to anyone using the online ordering system for subway for the first time, don't. Just take your chances, go inside and order face to face. Maybe you'll receive a employee that is caring and sweet which i've had before. Maybe if their customers have an issue they will take the time to do something about it and take it on themselves to solve it instead of being on their phones fting or calling someone while slowly doing their work. I hope the new employees will be better than the one i had during this encounter. Again to all you who make subway great, thank you, i appreciate you but this experience was one the worst i've ever had with...

We ordered online through the app for $29.81. We waited for 20 minutes for our food to be made and went to pick it up.
