China Express — Restaurant in Macon

Zero stars is what they deserve! Google make us give them one star? Why do we have to give them the benefit. No customer service! Then why am I giving them my money. My husband our daughter and myself came to this place and ordered a 10-piece chicken wing with shrimp fried rice the wings were cooked so hard it was ridiculous the rice was old and hard we couldn't even eat the food when my husband pick up the food it was about 10 minutes before they close we let them know what was going on we showed them the food we talked to them about the food and they refused to give us our money back or make it over we have patronized this place before in the food was all right but this time the food was disgusting the rice was oldest in and the chicken was so black and hard that they had cooked the chicken out of it we could not eat this when we asked for a refund or our money back they refused so I would tell others do not go to this place and if you do go and your food is not right you're stuck with it and they will not give you a refund you're risking your whole life for this disgusting service it is not worth it if we had known what we know now we would have never patronized this please in the...

I ordered the crab rangoon I should have took a picture the crab rangoon was good on flavor taste wise it was not hot and it was not fresh it was chewy. it did have a crunch it's just a chewiness that feel like rubber when you eating. This is second time I had tried crab rangoon at this establishment and it takes the same it has not changed. Now I was told to try their wings a lemon pepper wings the first time I moved to Macon and I did they were awesome they was good but baby by that second time it was nasty they were not good so I don't know who's in there cooking now but they need to bring whoever that was back. I had tried a garlic shrimp and veggies The taste is wonderful my only complaint is they need to cook the veggies a little longer and take the bell peppers out because they taste like they were old. Have gotten take-out from here a few times over the past 12 months. It was good at first, but the last 3-4 times the food was bland. And the meats had a weird texture. The beef & chicken had the consistency of tofu. AND last Friday I realized they are overcharging. I never paid attention before because I usually pick up enough plates and extras for 4 people and never paid attention to the prices but this last time it struck me odd that my total was $60. Their receipts don't itemize...only show subtotal, tax, & final total. I added up what I ordered from prices on the menu after I got home and realized it should have only been $45.
