I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked "can I help you find something", which was nice. I replied "I'm just looking around" and was politely told "just let me know if you have any questions. Very nice and professional. So I brought a piece of Electronic equipment in for repair. I had to pay $150 up front and leave the gear. The unit had shut off and won't come back on. The second day I receive a call saying it's ready, I asked what it was and the reply was not what I expected. "I just cleaned the front inside and it works". The tech ticket was under $20 and I paid a non refundable $150 to "clean the front". Something isn't right with that whole situation. The excessive amount paid, the unsure reason for it not working, the phone tag for days and the whole experience was disappointing to say the least.. I paid $150 for the tech to tell me he don't know why it wouldn't come on but he cleaned and dusted it and it started working. Just unprofessional.
