I spent $54.00 at this establishment .. to get home and discover there was NO bananas in my BANANA pudding . As well, as the fact that it taste like ICING, and appeared to be more of an icing rather than pudding ⦠the cupcakes taste old , and the Oreos were soggy and taste like theyād been a while in the fridge . Overall it wasnāt good . So as a customer I should have been allocated my monies in a refund for dissatisfactory . Itās my money and I paid for a service that I was not pleased with , I did not enjoy the product and bought the product back . It is thievery to take someoneās money and not pay them back when you didnāt provide a service . When I came and explained how my deserts were not good , unbearable even , the workers were very rude , and unaccomadating . She admitted there was not bananas and stated ā I can see that , I can see thereās no bananas , if you want me to put bananas I can but we wonāt give refund we only give refund if we made a mistake ā literally there wasnāt banana in the banana pudding , Is that not a mistake ? A very ignorant one in fact. This experience showed me that this business doesnāt have a concern about longevity in customer relationships. They only care about the dollar that walks in , in the moment . Any legit business with integrity and professionalism , would care about the satisfactory of customers; especially a first time customer . But for me to spend $54.00 at a desert store for my family and not enjoy it and also bring it back , and be Rudely denied my monies and be told āthey were made fresh yesterday , I just tasted it , it taste fine , I canāt refund you because of a preference you have ā is diabolical . It wasn't the Owner but some girl with braids. She didn't have a warm welcome, didn't smile, was tryin to ring us up and I believe door dash on the phone. After I spent $30!!! It was no "Thank you comin in or have a great day" Nothin. I had to ask ! Now far as the desserts. It wass a complete FN Noooo... The banana pudding cup. They know they wrong for selling some ready pudding out the can that you feed senior citizens. The presentation was unbelievable. Like 20 mini cookies at the bottom and piles of can pudding. The red Velvet and fruity pebbles cheesecake cake presentation was nice! Nice big thick pieces! Buttttt whatever they doin to make that cheesecake is Wrong It was NOT dense like a traditional chzcake. It was SO spreadable it could of been buttercream frosting. No flavor notsweet. Lastly the strawberry Crunch barely has any topping. It was literally dust crues. I tasted NO strawberry Crunch like the flavor ice cream. The cupcake itself small for a child. I was hoping for a larger bakery size cupcake also was bland no strawberry flavor. I def ahud of read the reviews on the desserts bc all the 1 stars are foe the same thing: bad customer service and banana pudding cup. My family of 4 all tried everything and this was left. Me and my mom decided to try a new place, and we order quite a few things worth $52.95. I used uber eats to get it delivered. When I received my order, I was missing the brownies I ordered. I called up here and a rude girl answered the phone. I told them I was missing brownies, and she told me they were still in the oven.
SO what im understanding you just have the deliverer deliver the rest of my food KNOWING I WAS MISSING SOMETHING. After I said ok, she just hung up. Iām currently getting a refund for what I didnāt receive.
Donāt get me wrong I understand if someone made a mistake and forgot, thatās ok and that completely fine. But itās the fact that y'all still prepared my order knowing that I was missing my brownies BECAUSE they were still in the oven. I didnāt receive a call or nothing. On top of this my cupcakes came completely melted and messy, after applying the frosting to the cake while still hot.
So therefore I will be going out of my way to post this on every platform, because this is ridiculous service. This is exactly why small businesses STAY SMALL, because y'all donāt know how to be professional lmaoš
