The first time I stepped foot into the store, it felt like a surprise party. I was instantly filled with excitement when I saw brand name beauty products that you do not see in stores in Madison . I immediately made my way to the perfume section, knowing that I would find unique scents that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else in Madison. To my surprise, Emma, one of the associates, ran alongside me with the same amount of excitement. It was as if we were both on a mission to discover the perfect fragrance.

My second visit was just as thrilling as the first. As soon as I walked in, Cornelia warmly greeted me. She had a genuine interest in helping me find the right shade of foundation. Cornelia's attention to detail made me feel extremely important and valued as a customer. She patiently listened to my needs and preferences, ensuring that I walked out of the store with a product that perfectly matched my skin tone.

During my visits, I also had the pleasure of speaking with another associate named Denille. It was apparent that Denille shared the same love and passion for IS Clinical skincare products as I did. Her knowledge about the brand and its products was exceptional, and she was more than willing to share her expertise with me. My daughter and I picked lipsticks - the selection was very small - and then - even those on display were not available. They said they could order them online; that's wonderful because I can order them online too and the products would even conveniently come to my door. Also, the store is small, and I personally buy more when just browsing (I'm not alone in this); some customers want guidance; some just want to make their selection in peace and buy. I'll go back because the store has brands I like, and I hope it won't be awkward to just browse without the staff helpfully staring at me. Please, make the displayed items actually...

First of all this is Kerry, not Mark. For some reason I’m on his google thing. (Anyways not important, the important thing is this review) When I walked in today I couldn’t believe I had Kimberly there to help me! She was so patient , kind, and knowledgeable. I was so excited when I left with the correct color foundation, blush, and other skin care products! I had to return some things from the Florida, Sarasota location that were not correct. Thank you so much, Kimberly for giving me samples and sending me home excited and happy to use the correct items! I can’t wait to see you again! Hilldale really needed a manager...
