Atmosphere: The atmosphere is stylish, clean, modern, and well-lit. While there are some indoor seating options, space is limited like other offerings at Hilldale. Watching the smoothies being made along one of the walls adds a nice touch and opens up the space. However, it can get quite full during busy hours and hot weather, leaving standing room only. Outdoor seating is available and shared with other Hilldale shops during pleasant weather.

Service: The service is usually prompt, and the staff members are attentive to new customers. They are friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions, although the menu is relatively self-explanatory.

Menu, Food, and Beverages: The menu offers a wide variety of options for smoothies or acai bowls, depending on your preference. The ingredients are fresh, resulting in tasty and flavorful offerings. A notable aspect is the absence of ice, which enhances the flavor and consistency of each item. The inclusion of plant protein in drinks and bowls is a thoughtful addition.

Location and Accessibility: Anything located in Hilldale is always a parking nightmare, but once you find a spot, the area is very walkable and convenient. If you prefer to take your drink to go, nearby shops and the surrounding area are quite nice.

Special Features/Highlights: Every drink I’ve had has been excellent! You cannot go wrong, but my personal favorite is the zinger.

Improvements: Finding a way to streamline the waiting process might be helpful, as eating in (though I haven't) seems difficult during busy times, with seats usually occupied by people waiting for their orders.

Final Thoughts: The smoothie shop is my go-to for a quick treat on a warm day! The use of fresh ingredients adds to the enjoyment, and it is a great addition to the Hilldale...

Bowl of Heaven was not easy to find, but that's more of a complaint about the new Hilldale layout.

Because of the open kitchen, this place can get ultra-noisy with the whirring of the blenders used to mix the smoothies. The staff is friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the product and answer questions.

I ordered the North Shore acai bowl (Organic Açaí, Strawberries, Bananas, Blueberries, 100% Apple Juice & MAQ 7 topped with Organic Hemp Flax Seed Granola, Fresh Bananas and Honey, which offered plenty of fruit forward flavor. I appreciated the light dose of honey on top, which provided just a kiss of sweetness. I enjoyed the granola as a crunchy element, just wished there was more of it.

I’m so sick of paying for something and not getting it. I add things on to my bowls and I don’t get it. This is the third time in a row. Not only that it doesn’t include what comes with the bowl standard! Your bowls are delicious when done, right and you pay a steep price for them. I’m a very regular customer, As I order around 3 times a week and I’m very disappointed that the business I bring to your establishment isn’t valued.
