Not a pleasant experience today at all! 1.Nobody greated me as I walked in even one girl was at the counter, and she saw me. I suddenly felt I wasn’t welcomed in this store. 2.Nobody asked me if I need any help during my whole time in this store, and they’re not enthusiastic to give me an answer when I asked for suggestions. One of two girls was helping me check out and I didn’t understand why she needed my phone number. Then, she made an eye contact with her coworker, yup, and explained it to me impatiently. I used to work at one store in this mall and I was never ever trained in this way as a retailer. I still love spending time at Francescas, I’m sure a lot of people do too. My daughter selected a dress that she needed for later that day, but it had a broken strap and they would only give 10 percent off even though the whole store was 30 percent off for two items. The same dress was also 40 percent off online and they wouldn’t honor the same price in the store. The manager was very rude about it and I told her I was going to order online and return the full price one later. She argued with me about it and then finally gave me 20 percent off. Terrible customer service. I have never shopped at a store that didn’t match their online price. We will go somewhere...

I just came to West Town mall to this Francesca’s location during business hours and the store is closed! The sign on the door says hours today are 11am - 7pm… it’s 1:20pm and the store is closed, locked, lights off. I have a return to make that now I’m going to miss the return window on because they’re not open during standard business hours. Extremely frustrating and not the experience I expected. They don’t offer free mail returns, so in store return was the best option. But they have to be open for in store returns to be possible. I guess I won’t be ordering from...
