Fancy Roll — Restaurant in Madison

If I could give this zero stars, I would. There was one lady and one kid working when I was at West Towne. There were 3 people ahead of me. I ordered 2 lemonades for my sister and I and even tipped the lady for being hardworking. Then there were 3 people who ordered after me but they received their order before me. I was confused and was getting impatient. Then 2 more people ordered and also had their order before me. At this point, I was irritated. I kid you not, the lady that was taking orders, while other customers were looking at the menu, I was making eye contact with her and she looked confused. It must have been over 40 minutes of waiting for 2 drinks. I couldn't take it anymore and went up to the counter. A man was complaining about how the lady messed up his order as I waited. Must have been 5 minutes after standing there where she finally looked at me and was like "Oh, I forgot! You ordered 2 drinks.. I'll make them for you, sorry!" When she finally completed my order, she told me "I was wondering why you kept looking at me... I forgot, I'm so sorry" It's like... yeah, I wouldn't be looking at you if you didn't take 12 dollars from me! Of course when I received the drinks, it wasn't even worth the wait. I could have gone to Walmart and bought $12 worth of juice that tasted better. Will never go back. Worse...

I asked for the Oreo strawberry ice cream and it looks nothing like the one in the photo. She didn’t even ask if we wanted a receipt… and we never got one. During the time she was making the ice cream she was on the phone and was touching the ice cream with the hand she was holding the phone with, it was pretty disgusting. After she handed me the ice cream I asked where the whip cream was to which she answer “we have no whip cream”. This was not made known to me until after I paid $10 for the worst ice cream of my life. My son snd his girlfriend went there yesterday afternoon. They had gotten their order and took it with them. They started to eat and drink it on the way home and the strawberry lemon day had the WHOLE strawberry including the stems and all ground up in it. That was tossed out. Next came the ice cream blue moon flavor and now this has spoiled milk in it. Chunky snd smelled terrible. The lady made the stuff in back where they weren’t able to see it being made. 30.00 bucks later for everything to be thrown out. If we would’ve lived closer it definitely would’ve been coming back but being we live an hour away it was to far to come back. ...
