Flame n crepe — Restaurant in Madison

I will break down my experience as follows:

1- I got the gyro sandwich as my main course. I rarely eat gyro because most restaurants that sell gyro don’t cook them well nor put enough gyro. But here, I enjoyed the gyro and the bread is not hard as some other places. I like that the gyro is thick and the portion is great for me.

2- The fries surprisingly taste good; I tried their cheese fries and enjoyed it. They are seasoning their frise with paprika or something like that which made it taste better than normal fries.

3- I also ordered their crepe; I got strawberry banana crepe. The fruits are fresh and the crepe is well-cooked. It might seem costly but the crepe is thick (which makes fills your stomach) and the price is similar to many crepe locations so I won’t complain about it I think it is just average price. One of the best crepes I had in a while.

4- Customer service is great! Both the owner and the other employee were welcoming and respectful.

5- The kitchen seems clean and they are handling orders well. While your order might take time (~5-10 mins), I totally understand that they are trying to serve quality food.

Its bad enough that it seems these guys hardly know any English to be bothered with while opening a food court, they really charged me near eight dollars for what I was supposed to get being deep fried Oreos. One bite in and going through, I was just conned and served deep fried dough! And its like they don't even know what they put in their own crepes! I asked about whats in the Lotus Chocolate Crepe and after having to repeat myself at least three times, the dude just shrugged and didn't give me an answer! Talk about your confidence in your own business if you don't even know what goes into...

Love Gyros, thought Id give this place in the mall a shot. Positives: bread was 5 star! 🔥 Decent amount of meat $3 for can of pop add on and fries is reasonable Negatives: Lamb wasn't shaved...prefer shaved Seasoning on lamb was a bit weak Tzatziki sauce was a bit light and needed a bit of punch. Overall not bad for mall fair but...
