If you're looking for permanent jewelry, this is the place to go! The prices are very reasonable compared to other shops offering the same quality. I've wanted permanent jewelry for over three years, but I was never willing to pay the high prices—until now.

While walking through West Town Mall in 2025, I spotted a sign for permanent jewelry and decided to check it out. They had a beautiful variety of gold and silver chains, along with charming add-ons. Natalie, the owner, was incredibly helpful and kind. I wanted to get something that day, but I had forgotten my wallet. I told her I’d be back—and I actually followed through!

Today, I returned to celebrate my birthday by finally getting my permanent bracelet. To my surprise, Natalie remembered me—that’s amazing customer service! She was available right away, walked me through the process, and was very patient while I decided on the size.

I’ll definitely be coming back because her price point is unbeatable. Other places are charging double/triple the price for the same quality! She mentioned the jewelry is tarnish-safe, and if anything happens, I can bring it back and she’ll take care of it. She also said if I ever need to remove it for an MRI or any other reason, she’ll remove and reattach it for free.

Natalie is the best—I highly recommend visiting her if you’re thinking about getting permanent jewelry. Don’t waste your money elsewhere. Thank you so...

I absolutely love literally so Cute!! The lady is so sweet and she does an amazing job with charm necklaces and permanent jewelry and she is very flexible for when my jewelry breaks!!!
