We came to an in store location. We asked for the financing and the employee there gave us a tablet sign up from. We went through the steps, something went wrong but they told us to do it again and magically we were given a credit card line of credit we didn't ask for. Some lender that doesn't provide the financing. They told us we could cancel it (haven't been able to yet) and to proceed with another application in my name (my wife did the first one). This time they did it right and we proceeded with the sale. After messing up our discount multiple times they finally put the order through and once it was final they remembered to tell us that the quick ship covers we chose were backordered! After the whole ordeal of wrong credit cards, wrong discounts and over an hour and a half in the store. We now are waiting for these backorder items we ordered, which we did because they told us it was quick ship, plus we have an extraneous credit line opened that dropped our credit scores and we were offered zero for the ordeal, not...
Read moreThe Lovesac Hilldale location was offering a special promotional new store bundle deal. It worked out perfectly for me because they offered fabrics and colors that I wanted, plus all of the accessories I wanted. I ordered the five seat, five side sectional. The bundle also came with the Lovesac pillow, squattoman and a footsac blanket. Also, 2 drink holders and a table. We upgraded to the Stealth Tech surround sound system. The ordering process was super easy and we got almost everything within a week via FedEx. I’m still waiting on the Lovesac pillow and the pillow cover. Set up is a tie between setting up IKEA furniture or this. But once it’s done, the surroundsound system is fantastic. My only criticism of the stealth tech system is that the cell phone app should make quiet coach mode more clear. There should be a physical on or off wording on that button. We didn’t realize the quiet couch mode is automatically on so we weren’t using the surround sound system. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations and it’s by far the best furniture...

We stopped in the Hilldale Store this past weekend and met Yvonne and Mary. They were a great team, Yvonne was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. After measuring the space when we got home we had to make some changes. Yvonne walked my husband through the changes and provided us with an updated quote. We placed the order today and are super excited to get our LoveSac! We are not super excited about assembling it and moving it into our space (LoveSac Corporate) but Yvonne assured us it's super easy and demoed the process to us while we were onsite.
