I really loved going here, Melanie does a phenomenal job with my facial.Recently I booked a facial that I was so excited about because it was my birthday and that’s what I wanted to do with my day! Unfortunately I had an emergency and had to late cancel, I called to let them know and said I’m sorry can I move it and it got rescheduled for a few days later. Then, I got a call that they needed to re-book me because it was done incorrectly and they had no availability, which I was fine with, again I just wanted to get a facial for my birthday. Then I realized they charged me the full amount for canceling late. I understand a late charge of some kind as a policy, establishments should do that to protect their time, but emergencies happen and I was also totally understanding when they had to reschedule me. I was so upset by this as again this was what I wanted for my birthday and now I am paying for a facial I wanted to reschedule but will definitely not be paying for a second time.
