This place was outstanding from the moment you walked in you got exceptional service. The gentleman at the cashier today that handed you your food was very friendly and funny. He made you feel very welcome. I went there with my family my mother ordered the #2 breakfast which comes with eggs made any way you want them, a bagel any type, hash brown and sausage or bacon. My mother got sausage. My sister got a egg bagel with Taylor ham, egg and cheese. My husband got the Reuben with pastrami, and I got the chicken tenders with fries. All of the food came out hot and fresh, and everyone of us enjoyed our meal. My husband especially loved the reuben and the only reason why you see a half a sandwich is because he couldn't wait for me to take the picture he ate the sandwich and said it was delicious. We would definitely come back to this place again. I always like to go into the bathroom to see if it's clean before I eat at a restaurant and the bathroom was immaculate. I've watched this place be around for many years and I love getting my bagels out of there the staff is great the bagels are fresh they could find a new way to get that direction of the line going but you know what after all these years what difference does it make they make some of the best sandwiches there they're open earlier than almost any other store besides the quick check in town and they give you enough options to choose from in there quick so I definitely suggest when you're hungry first thing in the morning do know that you can stop in this place and get something to eat well before the other guys are open thanks bagel chateau I'll see you later. Never going back. Truly average food, nothing special. Surly counter staff. Waited over 15 minutes for the simplest order (bagel toasted with butter, ham egg and cheese bagel) while numerous people who arrived after I did for their orders first. Stood and watched while a counter girl gave away food to a man who didn't pay (but who put $10 in then tip jar).
