Unfortunately I can't say I had a great experience with their online shopping. They charge a $7 return fee. They made it clear that shipping would take 4-10 business days but that is from when the order is filled. It took forever for the order to be filled so there is no way my items will get here in the time needed so I basically wasted a lot of time and incurred a fee and still need to go elsewhere to get the clothes I need. I wouldn't recommend getting clothes online unless you absolutely know you will love them and you have plenty of time to wait (assume at least a month+). There are other companies that have better return policies and processing times so I would recommend going...

I shop at WHBM a lot. I purchaed a sweater from store located in Madison WI in Hilldale area. The sweater gave me terrible rash so I took it back to store. The store customer service was extremely unhelpful. She kept repeating that it is their policy not to return anything that has been worn. Even in the case that it caused health issues.
