So as a new coming Kentucky resident Iâve been in this store 3 times bought some controllers for my switchâ exceptional quality, not putting it downâ butâŚ. As a former worker of Apple in 2020 customer respect has its boundaries and has its rules⌠walked in with one of my close friends to trade in a phone and educated as the cashier was very disrespectfully tells my friend he cannot do anythingâŚ. when my friend decides to call the shop itself to the manager and basically say he was just told on it the systems are up and working just to come into the store and have this very disrespectful man. Tell him they arenât is plain idiocy. It is to provide the customer with what they need and want to the extent they can⌠itâs so funny that when we called, Mellisa pulled up the system to get it working⌠hence the fact he just didnât want to do his job. Now if someone cannot do their job right, the job is not for them. and as the five star rating, I got working on Apple this is plain disrespectâŚ. That literally 45 minutes ago my friend got a call, saying they can no longer do businessâŚ. And from rumor around in Madisonville Kentucky this is not the firstâŚ.. there is no reason for disrespect to customers and I would highly not recommend shopping here if this continues to multiple customers...

He was rather disappointed that we were just buying the one game, half-heartedly saying âOh, is that all we are getting today?â He then noticed what must have been his friend in the other line and told him that he had something to show him. It was a pair of chop sticks. They proceeded to talk for a few minutes while my son and I stood in line, wallet out, waiting for him to get the game out of the drawer. The longer I waited the more I realized that this person did not want my business, but would rather talk to his friend.
