Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Madisonville

The pizza was awful! It was burnt. We ordered online and ordered the thin crust. We got a call that they were out of thin crust so we ask for pan. We ordered large pizza and got medium but was charged the same price and told the price couldn't be changed because it was a web order. We called back and complained the night manager was very rude, didn't offer to make it right and said that that's just how the pan pizza is suppose to be. Pizza Hut pan pizza is never burnt guess that's why we usually go there. We will never go back to this Papa John's again. Between the awful pizza, the lack of ingredients, being over charged and the rude and hateful manager I will not recommend or do business there ever again. Rude managers. I ordered a pizza on Dec. 29th. The bottom was raw. Called manager she got mad. Took over an hour to get the other pizza. That bottom was also raw. Called the lady said it's been happening all night. I said come get the pizza and refund the money. They never came for the pizza or refunded my money. I have bern on chat, called the support line 3 times. Nothing. I called the store 3 times so they could be rude and tell me they can't put my money back on the card or pay me back with cash. I ordered cheese sticks and got breadsticks delivered. When I called the restaurant I was told that the correct item would be delivered right away. It never arrived. I called back asking for a refund back into my card and they would not refund, instead they asked me to come in tomorrow to pick up the money. I demanded that I be refunded my tip amount as well since the service was terrible. This is extremely inconvenient and I will likely never order from papa John’s again.
