Melissa is the owner of the shop and does such a good job making sure everyone has the flavor and comfort they need. The menu has tons of options, even more than Starbucks or a big chain would have for coffees. But if you don't like coffee, there's also tea and other drinks. Even pastries if you're hungry. It's quiet so you can bring your stuff to plug in and work. Stay as long as you like. There's a variety of seating too. My husband and I stumbled on Simply Poured after the other coffee shop we normally go to a few towns away while traveling was closed. We are so glad to have had the opportunity to go here! I got a brown sugar latte and my husband got the bourbon brown sugar latte. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed them... perfectly sweet (but not too sweet), and a perfect espresso/milk ratio. Their lattes are better than any Starbucks/Dunkin drinks I've had. I've tried several different lattes here, and they've all been amazing. The bakery items are good too. Love the Cinderella latte :)

The coffee side of the shop has a great atmosphere with a modern boho style, it's a good environment for doing work.

Staff has good customer service. I wish I lived here cause I'd be here...
