Not pleased with the behavior of the employees, I bought my son a game for Christmas today. When heading to pay the very rude employee 😒 made a scene saying it was not for sale even when it was on a shelf and it was priced to sale. Instead of talking to me in a professional manner she started to throw an attitude fit over this game and then even lied to the other employees saying that I had cussed at her when in fact that never happened She even told me not to cause a scene even no she was the one causing the scene. I was very calm and collective the very whole time. Not only was this an extreme act of greed on her part she was rude and had lied and continued to be rude until I checked out and left even after I offered her to return it to make her happy I was already on the phone with my sister when this broke out and she was extremely flabbergasted of what she was hearing Making this situation even more embarrassing. I have never ever seen a display so horrendous from any employee before in my life especially at the holiday season She could not even be a 100% clear of why she did not want to sell the item then toward the end tells me it was a lay away item which made this situation even more confusing. I will not be doing business there again and I spend lots of money there but they have officially lost my business. I do hope that she learns to do better in the future those kind of behaviors are uncalled for and she is a grown woman. This could have been handled extremely...

I am the sister that was on the phone today when there was a big issue over a board game. The store worker was really rude, and caused a commotion and lied to her co worker about my sister cussing at her my sister does not curse. My sister never raised her voice or said any bad words. My sister even offered to put the board game back after finding out that it was an accident of it being on the floor. And that it was on layaway. But the store person rang it up anyways.the behavior was not professional at all and I hope she gets help and acts appropriately. Highly recommend this store for everybody in the world to go check it out it is a treasure trove of a to z things and fun to poke around and see what's in every nook and cranny because there is a lot of stuff in this store and if you are a treasure hunter this is your place I ended up getting some beads for making jewelry here so cheap I bought a lot of them.
