2024 06 26, I have been a customer for AT&T on and off for many years and found my share of stores & people who, well, must have had off days-etc or perhaps did not get the right amount of people & tech training. Well, I was very fortunate to walk into the Mahwah NJ store. I had what I felt was a minor, yet fixable problem with a couple of my phones. I was greeted by Tommy who immediately understood my potential issues with the phones and yet did not attempt to upsell me, which was a pleasant surprise. I informed him that I had 2 phones that were not working properly, he asked me to bring them in to look them over. I came back and met Alysa-(not sure correct spelling). She was working with another customer and informed me that Tommy will be out shortly. She was kind enough to engage me in conversation, just in case Tommy might take a little longer to come out to see me. He looked over the phones and was able to fix the phones quite easily. His knowledge of my older phones and ability to deal with my issues showed me his ability to handle both the tech issues and people issues I do expect from people who work for a company such as AT&T. My suggestion is if you have AT&T service or if youāre looking to possibly switch, consider this store and its personnel. At least you will get the support you expect from telecom co such as this....

I went to omar and alex and he was patient with me for over a week while choosing a business plan that fits my needs. Not only did he cut my bill almost in half, but he made the transition over to at&t as smooth as possible. The change over took literally a half hour for all 5 lines. Look, im not one to leave reviews, but this was the best experience i have had with a retailer . When i left i could't be happier. Then i got home and all my iphones locked me out because of apples new security feature. I literally could not get into my icloud. I called omar and alex at 7:55, and he told me to just come in. I asked him when he closed at he said 8:00pm. i felt bad, but he said not to worry and just come in. I went and omar alex gladly waited until 10:00pm just out of good will. These guys are the best. No one else would have gone above and beyond like these guys. Literally dont go anywhere else. Cant believe the service they provided. Never going anywhere else. Thanks...

He is too busy helping all of the local and people that can not use cell phones with iPhones. Even an AT&T COR (Corporate Store) asked me what this Omar person did. These reviews are clearly from people who do not understand how they are being ripped off. So many red flags while in that store that it was scary. Alyssa was the only one there that was 100% helpful, instead it was a classic catty suburban housewife, we will hold it for you, type store and that is sad. They are not respectful of people's time that are not buying iphones and only of people who buy apple. What a mess! Makes me want to stay away from AT&T but luckily the CO stores are very helpful.
Any of your catty answers like you did with previous reviews will be met with a swift response from Bergen County Consumer Protection and I will explain all about the poor service and other odd things I saw in this store, highly recommend you leave...
