Ordered a caramel frap. To my knowledge thats caramel and coffee, and milk. Not that difficult. After waiting what seemed like an eternity on the drive through line (making me late for work), I got handed some vanilla frap thing I didn't even realize until I left! So aggravated!!! I'll NEVER go there on a weekend again and I paid, what 6 bucks for basically a large cup of milk and vanilla ice cream?! I wanted my caramel coffee! Ugh sooo aggravated!!!! 😡 EDIT/UPDATE: Changed my 1 star to 4, because the manager Nikki reached out to me immediately via email and was super apologetic about what happened and invited me back for a free frap. I took my 3 year old today, who got a complimentary cake pop also. For the amount of money these things cost you expect a certain level of product and treatment. I am a small business owner and previous store mgr for 18 years. I respect a mgr who actually cares about doing right by the customer. Thank you for caring enough to do so!! ***Update Go back today and order 3 frapps, caramel ribbon crunch frap, espresso and a tall dbl cho chip. The best is no crunch lol its unbelievable. Just a regular caramel frap. Zero topping (the crunchies) or the caramel drizzle. Nothing. Nothing in my son's either. I really think I'm done paying so much and never getting what I order! We then ordered our breakfast items (our group was lead to feel like we were bothering them). We had a group of 7 so someone in our party asked for help cleaning a table. So your barista went to the table and removed the items on the table and took their hand and wiped-off the table. We have never seen such a thing in our life. The counter top where beverages are delivered to customers had spilled milk, spilled water and finished drinks were placed on that and slid to customer to pick up. That is totally gross.
