NEVER AGAIN!!

First of all, I rarely ever participate in any Google Reviews and I also don't like giving bad reviews but this place really deserves it.

As far as I'm concerned, this Burger King doesn't even deserve 1 star! But I guess you have to give it one star in order to post this.

I strongly believe some of the reviews here are made up and not honest.

I haven't been to a Burger King in many years but use to go to the one in Park Ridge/Montvale, New Jersey when in High School and it was great! Very Fresh, Hot Food and Clean!

I don't know if all Burger King's these days are like this place but this Burger King is just the exact opposite!!

I saw the ad on TV for two Whoppers for $6.00 and I was in the area and it was dinner time and I was hungry, so I stopped in and got two Whoppers, Fries and a Soda. This was mid-September 2017.

First, the counter person tried overcharging me!! With two Whoppers for $6.00, a small fries and a small soda, he said the total was $13 + change??!! He said it was because of the tax!!?? $7.00 for a small fries and a small soda??!! It didn't make sense and when I kept questioning the price, he finally had to call the manager over, who wasn't apologetic in the least! I was right as it turned out to be a little over $10.00. NOT $13.00 PLUS as he originally told me!!

That alone left a very bad taste in my mouth till I got the food!

The Whoppers were barely luke warm with no taste whatsoever and it was the same thing with the Fries! Barely luke warm with no taste whatsoever!

There was nothing fresh about the food at all!!

To make matters worse, there were flies all around landing on the tables and everything else!!

It was very uncomfortable eating there. I should have just gotten it to go and ate it in my car.

But what I really should have done after taking that first bite out of that "dead" Whopper was just return it and get my money back!!

Again, if this is what Burger King's are like these days, I'll never go to another one.

And if it's just this place, then as I originally said, NEVER AGAIN!!

3 trips = 3 messed up orders. First off, it's no wonder they mess up orders. The speaker at the drive through is terrible. How can you operate like this??? They probably can't hear me and I certainly can't hear them. However, each time my order displayed correctly on the screen. The first time, I received someone else's order. That sucked. The second time, I asked for cheese and ketchup only on my whopper Jr and it had everything. It'd disappointing when you hate mayo and pickles. The 3rd time, they forgot my drink. I knew things were going south when I asked for a #7 and she heard 6. After correcting this I confirmed the order on the screen. It's basically my fault for not receiving my drink, but I think the person at the window should be responsible for making sure you have everything you ordered. Oh well. It's only 87 degrees out today so who needs a drink? Avoid this place because it's poorly staffed. I'll give 2 stars though because the...

A Google search shows hours of operation clearly indicating opened till 1am Wed night into Thurs 12:15 hrs 11/28/19. While at the drive thru waited for a good 10 min’s, along were 3 other motorist, As i pull up to place my order several min’s go by, waiting, because all the lights were on indication open for business, when a female employee’s voice, clearly sounded annoyed, comes over the intercom. “ we’re close” i suggested to turn off the lights. The response was “Good night”. I thought it was completely inconsiderate and irresponsible of the employee, to have that kind of attitude. If you don’t want to be there then go home, let someone else that wants to work and make money stay instead. thats not the first time i’ve experience, that i don't care attitude, at that location at night, The owner should really check up on these employee’s every once in a while, if they care about...
