I own a 14k white gold diamond tennis bracelet that I brought in when it snapped to this jeweler twice of me owing the bracelet,

when I bought the bracelet I had it tested in front of me in different jewelry stores to show all diamonds are genuine and I have video of testing.

The bracelet is a delicate piece and is my favorite piece i own. After it snapped I brought it in to this shop to get it fixed. First time was around July 2020 and the last time was around holiday season 2021. First time fixing my snapped bracelet costed around 35 dollars and almost a year later costed me 100 dollars to fix.

Recently tested my bracelet because I wanted to make a ring and found out were the bracelet was fixed by the shop the stones are NOT DIAMOND AND CAME UP AS MOISSANITE… hmmm the only people that held my bracelet for more than 24 hours was this shop.

I have video of the same area before my bracelet snapped showing the stones come up as diamond. I don’t want to blame the shop because it has been a while sense I found this out but I was completely embarrassed and hate that I feel like my stones were replaced with Moissanite. I will upload photos aswell. You can clearly see where the shop did there work.

Amazing!! Cristina and Mike were friendly and helpful and made this a great experience for me. I had done some research but knew little about the process of finding a diamond and picking or creating a ring setting. Cristina was extremely helpful in showing me many different settings, explaining the different styles of diamonds and rings and what is currently in style with while focusing on what my fiancee had shown me she liked. Mike was great in explaining how he would create the ring, counting out the diamonds on the side, showing examples of similar settings, and even sending pictures throughout the ring making process. Very professional while also being friendly and thoughtful. I didn't feel like they pushed me at all in one direction or style and really allowed me to create the perfect ring. It was also done much quicker than I expected from the time they found diamonds for me to select to actually building and completing the ring.

The only reason it is not 5 stars is the diamond certification lab is not the ideal one I would have chosen. Although taking the ring to a seperate appraiser, confirmed the amazing price I had gotten on my ring which alleviated worry around the certification lab report. I would definitely recommend Peroni's to anyone looking for or to create an engagement ring as my experience...
