Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Malden

EDIT: Tell your employees they're breaking the hippa law on Reddit also i can still see everything on walgreens.com Im always having issues for some reason, n someone puts a Hold on my meds just cause she wants too n make me wait n abuse the little power she has n then lies, when she doesn't realize we see exactly what they do on that computer, we see On the App n account we can see, when the insurance released the money our whole account might wanna tell your employees not to lie either. When its filled if they Charge my insurance ect they filled n bill the 19th why did i have to wait i know i had to wait 27 days cause last month bottle says picked up on 22nd so this month i should be able to get them the 19th and they were filled n everything but was charged i checked the app then all of a sudden the app changed. I'll end it there cause, i could go on n its illegal 💯🙏🏼 just cause one person wants to judge ppl when they have no clue put a hold on my meds, so i cant get it. But talking to my insurance they said once they bill n charge they should be giving you your meds if its 27 days.. Then lied said oh we dont have enough to fill the scripts, ummm both?! Then tells me oh insurance wont release i said its filled in front of everyone workin looked right at me n said you gotta come tomorrow to early for you maybe right in my face its gross the lil power they have they abuse but karmas ugly u holding knowing n making ppl not feel good when the job is to help just fill the script i get more anxiety worrying about if they'll fill them on time. Ridiculous...

I was at the pharmacy picking up a prescription. I got to the counter at 8:53 And the pharmacist told me they are working on it and it would be a few more minutes. So I sat down with my very sick child. Around 9:40 I got back in line since I’ve watched people come wait and go before me. I got back to the top of the line and it still wasn’t ready I asked the pharmacist what was taking so long and mentioned that people came after me and was waiting recurved they’re scripts before me and she said “you still have to wait” but I was just curious what was taking long since I was with the doctor when they called it and that was a hour before I even got to the pharmacy. The pharmacist said “well it didn’t even get here till 9”; which how is that when the other pharmacist told em they where working on before it was even 9. This pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her what he name was and she asked me why I needed it and I continued to look for her name tag and didn’t see one asked where her name tag was and she told me she didn’t need one. I asked her name again and she said bety. I asked for her manager and she told me she doesn’t have one. After dealing with that I still had to wait; after ten minutes I left. My husband went a hour later to pick up the prescription and they were very rude to him as hell. Hopefully this pharmacist is taken care of properly because I would never want another patient to have to deal with the arrogant pharmacist that we did after having a long...

Very clean, modern and spacious. The regular staff who work the floor and checkout are so helpful & kind, the pharmacy though is a hit or miss. No matter what time of day you will be waiting in line, even to just drop a prescription off. Also calling on the phone and speaking to someone is almost non-existent. I can not even begin to tell you how many times I’ve called where someone will pick up but without speaking a word just place me on hold and that will continue for at least another 20 minutes before I inevitably become annoyed with that service and hang up. I will end up going into this Walgreens on Centre Street which is about a 12 minute drive away from my home and when I get there the pharmacy staff are just standing around talking to each other whether there are customers waiting in line or not. So many times I’ve went in after having no luck speaking to someone on the phone just to arrive and see no customers at all, so there is no reason for keeping someone on hold 20+ minutes or not answering at all. I wish the pharmacy took a page out of the floor staffs book. They are the reason I keep coming back to...
